Well said dj. With the East going through a restocked up Bucks team, I'd imagine a defensive, uptempo, playmaking point and a few legit front court additions would be beneficial. Moses was one. Horford another. An insurance option for RWill would be three. And an upgrade over TT would be four. I hope Brad gets what Danny didnt.

Meanwhile, back in Boston, the Celtics continue to be linked to Landry Fields in their search for a general manager under new president Brad Stevens, but two other names to keep an eye on are Nets assistant general manager Jeff Peterson and Pelicans assistant general manager Bryson Graham.

Pop needs to retire already. Wonder if Jayson is one of those frustrated. Do hope Udoka only takes the good from Pop.

He's not going to be a coach anytime soon dude lol

If he wanted to coach, he could've just left the C's job and asked around for open college ones

So what's up? Was Feaster listed as second choice just for when they were more certain they'd bag their first pick?

Not while keeping his massive, extended C's contract. But it sure looks like he doesn't want to return to the college grind (or perhaps even the NBA coaching grind).

Give me "Over 18". He's an Indiana guy who just turned down a MASSIVE offer to be the coach of IU. If he was going to be a college coach any time soon, it would have been that job and offer.

Agreed. Stevens turned down $10M/yr x 7 yrs.

Next is- hope for Fournier to come back. Try to swap TT for a player of need. I would do TT for Carusso? Lakers will need bigs...
Use the MLE on somebody who can bring semi decent offense off the bench.
Good assessment:

PLO wrote:Tatum played OK - took advantage of a few mismatches - decent on the defensive end. He is what we thought he was going into the season - a technically very proficient player operating close to his career ceiling as a rookie.

that's a solid summer league lineup.

i'm sure Begarin will play. he just doesn't know yet because we literally just drafted him like 10 mins ago..
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

Find a way to get Lonzo.

That's what I want as a Celtic fan.

Lonzo is the perfect complimentary piece to the Jays.

They must be really high on this guy to give him a two-way instantly. Seems like a good player though. 43% 3point shooter in college (over 4 years, so this isn't like Nesmith), on almost 6 attempts per game. Textbook shooting form. Can score in other ways too and tries hard on defense. Good size too. I assume his age is the only reason he was undrafted?
