I'm sold with Walsh. His ceiling is going to be a borderline star if he is consistent with his shot and passes. The defense and the shooting is there.

We barely lost. 1 possession game in the closing seconds. Would have won if JD didn't turn it over so much, or if he could have hit a jumper. Oh well - it's just summer league haha.

Champagnie? idk. I won't lose any sleep if he's our 15th man. But if we waive him, I will be fine with that too..he's not that good - but he's not that bad either. He's a fringe NBA player. The kind of guy who gets a 15th spot on a roster - and he's only 22..

With that being said, if we can find someone better to fill that spot, it's fine by me..
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

It’s nice to see Walsh having an impact even with his shot not falling. JD got his 2 way but no one else should be on the roster next season

Better than any Celtics prospect.

He was available at the Walsh pick.

Azubuike reminds me of the main character in the Concrete graphic novel...

We'd probably be feeling a little better today if Brad had nabbed both of them.

Word got out right before the draft that Vukcevic would not accept a 2-way contract and he would not accept being a draft and stash.

It probably would have only made sense for us to take him if he was a stash pick. He's probably not ready to be on the roster for a contender - and he's bad defensively and doesn't pass..not a great rebounder for a big either.

Washington is a good spot for him. He can get minutes there on a bad team and they don't really have any bigs who can shoot.

If we wanted a young project big to develop, we would have just kept Mo Gueye - at least he can play defense and pass. But clearly the C's preferred to just draft 1 guy, which is understandable that a contender with lots of vets doesn't want to have too many young kid development projects.

I think Jeff Van Gundy would have been the better choice here.

Champagnie with a good bounce back game, could get the 15th roster spot with the big club. 23 rebounds in 2 games is impressive.
Azubuike showing he is the best big on our summer league roster. He and Balcerowski should be fighting it out with Kornet for the 4th and 5th big man spot. 20 points and 16 rebounds in 2 games. If he didn't shoot such bad FT%, I'd say sign him now.
Walsh has a big future with the team, just a bad shooting night
Balcerowski showing he's in the running for at least a 2-way. 19 points, 9 rebounds, 0 turnovers in 2 games.

Davison is a big disappointment, way too many turnovers. His 9 assists are completely cancelled out by his 10 turnovers. 15 turnovers and 20 assists just isn't good enough. No way is he better than Pritchard.
Grizzel and Mulder have been exceptional, exceptionally bad. Whose family member do they belong to for them to get a spot on the SL roster.

JD is still only 20yo. Pritchard had 3 more years of college ahead of him at this point in his career.
