Rivers sucks. As long as we don't turn around and give him a contract I don't really care. But this is the side of ainge that I'm not enamored with. It's the side that trades for a green and completely ignores how he played to date. I'd much rather him take fliers on Crowder types.

I hope the 1st is included. Prince, Rivers and the 1st is a gooood deal for us. Without it... :(

It seems there would have to be otherwise Memphis isn't giving up anything.

What would the point of the trade be without the pick. Both guys are free agents.

Green is a cancer, his attitude and all that is nocive for the locker room.

Rivers is a 22-year old shooting guard who came out about 3 years too early. Olynyk is older than him. Think about that for a second. It's a flier on Rivers. Expiring, and let's give him some time to see if he can become a better player.

He has a lot of talent. For peanuts? Too good to pass up.

He is a combo guard that needs the ball to play and isa terrible shooter and passer, he just goes heroball all the time.

He is China-bound.

Not the cancer part, the part where we would trade him for two free agents. We could cut green, or trade him for seconds, or anything else. Why trade him for free agents who we could bid on next year anyway.

Maybe because it's all rumor and BS? Don't waist your time getting upset about something that hasn't even happened yet.
