If they start at 12:00PM, Eastern, then probably 4-5 games per day, in each gym?
I'm assuming at least 2 gyms. And I'm fast thinking, that it's only going to be 1 site-city, and not 2.:

12:00 PM
02:30 PM
05:00 PM
07:30 PM
10:00 PM Maybe.

30 Teams = 15 Matchups, about every two-days.
Gotta be 7-8 Matchups per day?

Summer League was 10 min Quarters. We need at least 2hrs, 30 mins time slot for an NBA Game.
Then there's the possible OT's.

He says "mate"

The Baynes affect on this team is still truly amazing, converting Smart to being Aussie.

The quote is from Steven Adams - who we will also take as an Aussie defector.

GMs will vote on the following scenarios, including:

* whether teams can advance directly to the playoffs
* a "playoffs plus" option that includes a play-in tournament for the final seed(s)
* playing out a full regular season
* a traditional playoff format or reseed all of the teams
* the last possible finish date, including November 1

If seeding is regardless of standing in conference, then we still get the Sixers in the 1st round (Pacers win head-to-head tiebreaker against Sixers).

1-16: Bucks vs. Magic
2-15: Lakers vs. Nets
3-14: Raptors vs. Grizzlies
4-13: Clippers vs. Mavericks
5-12: Celtics vs. Sixers
6-11: Nuggets vs. Pacers
7-10: Jazz vs. Rockets
8-9: Heat vs. Thunder

EDIT: LOL then most likely Clippers in the 2nd round.

There might be reseeding. There's a vote for that, too. I think that they'll try it out.
I think that they still have to play at least 70 Regular Season Games, for the TV Contract money.

Disney World is going to submit a plan to reopen soon. If they are reopening, then how exactly are they going to protect the players if there are thousands of tourists on site? I got a weird feeling this season might end up in Vegas

If the NBA does the 1-16 thing then they're almost shamelessly giving the Lakers all the advantages.

It would mean the Lakers duck either the Bucks or Clippers.

I'm so out on that, give me Toronto Round 2 (not the Clippers) and call it a day

Bunch of players out of shape and nowhere to even practice for months. A "playoffs" with an abridged season with teams having different strengths of opponents to get their seeding. Taking place after even summer league would even occur and hobbling players for the real 82 game season?

I'll say what I have been saying for months.

Use summer league in the summer as a test run on how a real season would take place. Start in October with a considerable degree of isolation including empty arenas until there is a vaccine and it is safe to have crowds again.

There is no reason to rush this except to have the ultimate asterisk season ever. What would a championship where Lebron who has his own private gym beats Giannis who doesn't even have his own hoop mean? This is insanity.

You know that this is the outcome Disney/ESPN/ABC is also rooting for since they've lost revenue money during the pandemic. Having the Lakers in the Finals is their best situation financially.

But if we are going that route..... Lakers vs Celtics in the Finals is also a big draw.

This would be the greatest championship run of the Celtics ever.

Imagine Tatum & co. taking down Ben Simmons, Joel Embiid, Paul George, Kawhi Leonard, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton, Anthony Davis, Lebron James in a single playoff run??

After reviewing that bracket I would have say heck no to reseeding. I’m sure that it will happen though cause the league has wanted the lakers to win a chip since the Kobe tragedy.
I call bs to this transparent attempt at helping the fakers.
