1st in winning when up 10+ - which they have been 52 times!
Give them the regular season. We'll take the playoffs.

Raptors down 41-52 to the Hornets. But pretty much guaranteed that Siakam will drop 20 in the second half and Hornets will activate the tank.
Rozier still can't finish for **** around the rim, it's hard to watch him attempt layups. Just got a dumb tech at the end of the half.

Love this team so much. If Tatum’s leap is even somewhat sustainable into the playoffs we have a legitimate chance at the Finals this year, or at the very least a tremendous series with the Bucks.
I think we’re missing 3 pieces, but also in decent shape to acquire said pieces in the off-season.
We need a knockdown specialist at the 2 spot to come in off the bench for 15-20 mins a game. Makes it hurt a little we missed Herro by one pick in the draft but obviously not writing off Romeo. Both guys have missed time this year.
Danny was right to throw serious offers at Washington for Bertrans at the deadline. I think he’s what puts the Celtics over the top if they can somehow get him in free agency (unlikely, perhaps.)
Finally... a Healthy TIMELORD. Man, I’d love to see the different look this team would have with RWIII on the court. Theis has been amazing but really can’t discount the value of a demoralizing block or transition/putback dunk. Hoping Rob’s body holds up into the playoffs.

Note to the tradesters -- without checking, I conjecture:
-- Wanamaker could be S&Ted this summer.
-- Anything up to the Early Bird number would work for salary.
-- There are no BYC-like issues.
But if you care enough, you should check the CBA FAQ to be sure.

Happy birthday, Jayson Apostropher Tatum! You'll always be 19 in our hearts.

I have some doubtful. This year the team doesn't have "it".

I think it’s time Wyc/Danny take a look at the medical staff. We’ve had an amazing amount of injuries over the last few seasons.

Even with a couple of minor injuries this team has some fight left. 'tis only a flesh wound.

What do you guys think of Waters? I think given the playing time, he could be better than Wanamaker. His handles are much better, better playmaker, shooter, and can get inside despite his size. I think it’s hard to really settle down in a game if you’re pressured to do good, not knowing if you’ll get to play more or not. I think given the consistent playing time, he could develop into a reliable back up to Kemba. He may have played bad most of the time he plays, but that’s due to not getting minutes, and being too eager once inside. Look at Semi starting to play well given the minutes.

He's definitely going to be better than Wanamaker and I'm probably the biggest Wanamaker homer on this board. I think he takes Wanamaker's place next year for sure, unless Brad comes back at the vet minimum (and even then I think I'd rather just roll the dice on Waters). I expect a 3-4 year contract for Waters sometime during the offseason. His shot hasn't really fallen yet, but he's played like 100 minutes so it's not a big concern for me because everything else looks great. He looks like the best player on the floor every time I catch a Red Claws game.

I agree. He looks in control out there, even though his shot’s not falling. Maybe Stevens can give him more minutes since Kemba is recovering, to give him some confidence. Wanamaker has been pretty bad lately but could still give us some quality minutes as a 3rd string pg. Edwards had been awful and doesn’t deserve time.

I hear you on all these points but I’m worried about his size. He plays with great effort and smarts on D but dude is tiny and that can really be a factor. Wannamaker isn’t dynamic but is a legit 6-3 or 6-4 who’s built pretty wide. Gives our bench a lot of switch ability. I dunno, I like Waters but he’s gonna have to prove that 15 min a night it him as backup point is feasible as a defensive unit for our bench imo

I agree Wanamaker has size, but he’s just been terrible off the bench lately. So frustrating to watch. Plus Waters is a traditional point guard that can shoot, and make plays given the chance. He was voted SEC defensive player of the year, so i know he can play D despite his size.
