A guy making a lucky shot or missing doesn't have anything to do with who is coaching.

The pacers had the best shooting game in NBA playoff history in game 7 vs the knicks. Was that Thibs' fault? Of course not.

You’re missing the point. I don’t know where luck lives on your google sheets but at some point it’s not luck. It’s the players not closing out or they’re missing rotations which is indeed a coaching problem.

The difference is Al still can't shoot...had his oulier game last game and continues to kill them.

Last game was a fluke. Al was awful shooting threes last year too in the conference finals. Teams know they can dare him to shoot and get away with it while putting extra attention on the Jays.

they were running early in the game and then they got tired/lazy in q2. if the gameplan was to run a lot then we need to execute that plan and not jog the ball up the court

Looking at the game long, Turner scored most of his points when Kornet was on the floor. Unfortunately, Tillman's not an option tonight, so Can't sit Big Al much this 2nd half. Joe basically has to sub out Al when Turner subs out.
