Thanks, but I’m good. Different people have different standards. I’m not sure the folks who just paid a $6bill evaluation for the C’s will be ok with your standards.

They aren’t hiring you.

Suggesting, because others have different opinions, they’ll hire those people? Sorry if you were “triggered”

Nah. You just like moving the goal posts. I’d respect it more if you just owned it. You want to blow the team up. Cool. You blame the players for choking but also hate the coach. Also cool. Nothing edgy there. But you sit here and talk about how they need a fresh start, yet, do not offer any context

We don't disagree that they have to improve. To me, it begins with their stars. We've already had two coaching changes and they still revert back to old habits. And it isn't Marcus Smart either, who became the scapegoat for late-game meltdowns.

HOW you lose matters. What don’t you get? No goalposts are being moved. A significant change is needed! You’re literally saying it

Yet you give no context. Just saying significant change is needed and they need to dump JB and they’re a treadmill team…

Please define “ham sandwich?”

Give away to get under CBT or late 1st rounders.

Is someone suggesting that for JB?

Trades I’ve seen are #2, #14, multiple young players and so forth.

Yeah a few have as a way to solve the problem of the CBT.

None of the draft picks outside of Flagg make sense value wise.

I did tell you. One chip.

Still waiting for you to tell me why the league is different now? Just sounds like excuses to me.

So 28 other teams are mediocre or even worse. You can't be serious.

I have given context, you probably just haven’t seen it yet.

What I’m advocating for is a full teardown. Trade JB, White, Holiday, KP, and Hauser. Bring back draft picks (this year and future), plus young players. Tank next season with Pritchard leading the youth, honestly, that’s more entertaining to me right now anyway.

It resets the cap sheet completely. Then use the 2026 top-5 pick to either draft a franchise player or trade for an All-Star. No pressure on Tatum in his first year back. Then reload for the next championship window, with full flexibility and a clean slate.

Let’s actually see how genius Brad really is.

Can't keep Bird, McHale, Parish and DJ together under this new CBA... What happened in the 80's is irrelevant now.

Now you’re just making stuff up?

I love Mazzulla, but I want to see him evolve beyond living and dying by the three.

I love Tatum, but I can’t stand his ISO-heavy game.

I like JB, but he’s the key to a reset. You have to sell high.

I double love White, but if you’re resetting, his value will never be higher than it is now.

Jrue and KP have both been good, when healthy, but they make too much money for what they bring and clearly don’t fit a full rebuild.

It actually prove the point, in a way, I’m trying to make. That group was about age. The current group is about money.

Ainge has said that group should have been broken up and traded to continue the window.

This current team had a window, won once, a disappointment to me, and needs to be reset because of financial reasons. I’ve also been frustrated by this group for how they’ve lost. Is anyone arguing against that fact?

Doesn’t that depend on team Brad and how they view the talent?

You would have broken them up after 1985...

The Kings have JT, #2 2025, and a Top 5 in 2026, a coach that would die for his team?

Bro, you literally make ZERO sense.

They also over the last 20 years have habitually been in the lottery

But obviously the lottery is a guaranteed hit. So yeah trade everyone and in 5 years you might get a true contender that you’ll want to blow up again.

A compromise would be to move Jrue for something of value and get below the 2nd apron.

If Brad can do that then that's a good start.

The Cs will then have until the trade deadline to complete the moves necessary.

I'm open to the idea of trading JB, but if the Cs decide to keep JB then that's fine also.

Hopefully the trades will start happening after Game 7 tomorrow.

It’s not everything
You have JT, PP, Horford, Luke, Baylor, Walsh

Return to Boston Celtics
