Why do I get the sense Ainge is coming out empty-handed and we wind up with a mediocre late lotto pick and two draft and stashes?

Well at least you'll get to hear we were close on some deals but Red told me sometimes the best deals are the ones you don't make..

Nah I'm pretty sure no trade would be an abject failure. Losing Hayward for nothing and getting three more rookies who will likely never become more than rotation pieces would be a huge failure.

What space? If they're trading for him, they need to match salary (most likely Simmons + salary filler). What does dumping Horford's contract have to do with that?
