Where? Woj says nothing about this Lakers deal. He only mentions what NOLA is looking for.
it's on page 46, posted by 3D chess.
That tweet says nothing about the Lakers trade just saying the types of assets NO wants

Can they just trade him to LA today so I can see the Garden’s reaction on Thursday night?
Han shot first!

Any chance there is a twist and Kyrie doesn't want AD since he wants to keep Tatum? And that Kyrie/Tatum (who have vacationed with Durant) are hoping instead for KD?

Gonna be hilarious when Dell Demps tells the Lakers to screw off.

He wouldnt play that game— he’d get booed mercilessly and I think the Lakers would prefer to avoid it.

If 24-9 is tapped out then I don’t know what else you want
If DA thought 24-9 was good enough he wouldn't be cumming his pants for AD. The Gordon injury has been the worst development during the entire situation.
For me, that injury cost DA everything he's trying to do. I still have hope that Gordon returns to full strength and finds the magic but we've missed 1.5 years of that plan.
It seems to be coming home to roost now.
Even you have to admit that.
I say again, this may be the team he has to roll with. Do you think it's good enough?
Sure he would. Warriors went 73-10 and added Durant. You never pass up a chance to make your team better

Honestly I don't think anybody really knows what any of these guys want. The media has no idea what is going on. They just like to pretend to in order to fit their ridiculous narratives.

Lmao. The Celtics could be 33-0 over that stretch and Ainge would STILL want AD because he is freaking ANTHONY DAVIS. What? You think he is gonna say "nah" if he has a chance to acquire possibly the best player in the league who is only 25 years old?
That's not the point.
The point is he went all in on KD and missed, he's gone all in for AD and looks likely to miss. Who's the next big name we're going to hold every asset for? Giannis?
He's running out of time to keep waiting for the next big thing to hit the market...He has a choice to make on Kyrie in 6 months... Brown and Tatum will be do for raises in the next two consecutive years...GH is an albatross contract (unmovable), and that's not including Al's deal.
The time to strike is with Brown and Tatum on rookie deals...this might be the team we roll with.

Why would Kyrie rather have Tatum and Durant instead of Durant and Davis?
Handsome.

Lol seriously.
"Hey Danny, I know you guys are 33-0 over your last 33 games, but we just put Kevin Garnett into a time machine and reverted him back to 2004 form. You want him?"
"Nah. We are 33-0 over our last 33 games! We don't need KG!"
Thinking any GM in the league wouldn't want to add a superstar player because of their current record is piss-poor logic.

let's hope his conversation with Pop last week sticks in his head. No trade to LA.
At this point i'm so sour i'm not sure I want AD or going to be hard to cheer for him. I'd rather he go to Timbuktu.

But even I at this point... do not want to throw away a sure future all-star level player like Tatum for a one year rental of AD.
I think that equation has changed and now NO can't get Tatum.
Thanks and **** you AD, **** the system that has all the power given to the players who have rigged the league so it's competitive intrigued is worst than baseball.
Yep. People have zero big picture ability. You don’t trade jack for a one year rental, and LA is doing this because they KNOW he wants to be there long term and already has a verbal. That isn’t the case with Boston. So, let LA bleed and overpay.
Most people here are like the dude or girl who desperately want that “hot” dude or girl but can’t get their attention. They will do stupid stuff in an asnine attempt to get their attention and think they can change their minds. In this case AD is the person with no interest, or lukewarm at best, yet most here will do anything.

This is about the best offer LA can make. If NO says not to this, I really doubt they can get him past the deadline.
Rondo, Beasley and Stephanson would just get bought out.
can they go back to LA or do the rules exempt that?
The "Gary Payton" rule, named after a Celtics transaction, now prevents that.
Banned temporarily for, among other sins, being "Extremely Deviant".

Kyrie and Tatum are best friends because of their Duke connection.

All I know is that if Kyrie walks, and we dont get AD, we wont be winning 18 soon.

Because the offer while the best LAL can put up has problems. Starting with Lonzo Ball and his father not wanting to go there. The picks will have almost no value in the short term.
The combo of Ingram/Kuzma/Ball isn't very good. Not a lot of defense, no 3pt shooting, no efficiency. There is a reason why the Lakers are willing to make this trade.
The Pelicans can try and flip one or two of these guys, especially Ball, but until you hear what would be coming back it is tough to get excited about. The Suns would be interested but what are they giving up, Josh Jackson? He is just like the other two you guys your getting.
Maybe they have enough time to get a 3rd team involved that will make this look like a win for NOLA but this isn't that hard an offer to pass on even if it is the best the Lakers can offer and what you end up essentially accepting in the summer. If nothing else by not sending Davis to LAL now you are making their 1st round pick worse and maybe getting a late lottery pick instead of a pick in the mid 20's.

They didn't have to give up anything to add Durant. So I'll state again, timing has been bad for DA for 5 years now...GS got Durant due to a fluke increase in the salary cap. Otherwise, Durant is likely a Celtic.
Now DA's plan has been foiled because AD wants out now, not three months from now.
You guys are missing the point.
