Quick update from Vanilla Theis:
The team had dinner together in Milwaukee when Vinnie "Sex Daddy" Poirier got a PM from Gobert that he was tested positive. They flew back to Boston the next day and the doctors told them to quarantine themselves without contact to other persons. So Daniel now lives in his own guestroom and had no personal contact to his wife and kids until this thursday, although he was tested negative. He is watching a lot of movies, playing videogames with the whole team the whole night (he calls it team bounding) and working out in the afternoon. Hope he gets back to basketball asap but he understands and supports the actions taken.

Nice, it was also good only 1 of our guys got the virus. Although most the athletes shouldn't have complications with the virus.
Theis took a huge leap this year and is key to our success. He's one of the better defensive big men in the game.
Good assessment:

Brad Stevens had countless bigs on his rosters that are no longer in the league.

2K simulation playoffs are starting. Looks like we've got the Magic in the first round as the Nets slipped to the 8th seed.
Also, today I learned that the insecurity of Raptors fans (even AFTER having won a title last year!!!) goes beyond RealGM. Imagine being upset about your team's seeding in a video game simulation.

Suffrage..? No offense to Jaylen, who’s thoughtful and writes very very well for someone who only had a year in college - better than anything most freshmen write - but why isn’t the Guardian editing that?

Just thinking about basketball again, one downside is that we’re losing the season when two of our core players are 30.. next year - if it even starts on time - Kemba and Gordon are that much closer to winding down, the rest of the team misses big developmental time in the playoffs.. just more tough luck.

BOS-IND
Bos out: Theis, Langford, Gordo + 2020 1st (mil/bos)+ 2020 2nd (Bos)+ 2021 2nd (bos)
Bos in: Myles Turner, Dougie Mcbuckets
Ind vice versa
https://basketball.realgm.com/tradechecker/saved_trade/7295602
why for Bos? We get our center of the future at the cost of starting offensive firepower, but get a fortification off the bench. Gordon would have to opt-in but i imagine he would because its unlikely that he's ever going to get 34 mil in a year again. Grant will step in as our new PF and will slide the jay's into their natural roles and can go small with him at the 5 and bring smart into the lineup. If enes opts out rob will get a lot more minutes and we'll find a vet to fill the 3rd option role, if he opts in we'll have a dominant 3 man rotation. Romeo is a redundancy and isn't suited to be a roe player off the bench, mcdermott is. Theis is good, but too small to hang with jojo or the freak. The 4 assists lost by gordo will be replaced by comittee from the jays and grant.
Why for Ind? Indy is in an unsustainable situation with sabonis and turner, while defensively it works, offensively its broken and the nba has shifted to perimeter offense since the death lineup of GSW. Sabonis is their all-star with Vic and isn't going anywhere. They already have active hands on the perimeter with vic and brogdon but lack size which Gordo brings. T.J is a bucket getter but is average at best on offense and can't hang with the talented wings of the conference which Jimmy really exposed. Theis isn't the same rim protector as turner but is fundamentally sound and this opens up the rotation for their recent draft pick
goga. In addition they need a secondary playmaker to open up vic's scoring and Gordo is excellent at that. Indy could stay big with theis in the starting lineup or go smaller with T.J and Gordo in the frontcourt and sabonis at center.
their bench is solid without mcdermott and Romeo could blossom in his home state. Gordo is also an indy native which Indiana will love

Re: BOS-IND
I appreciate the effort and I can see you are new here, but that's a horrible trade and a horrible overpay. I am not sure if I would pull the trigger on the trade even if you removed Gordon.
Robert Horry is better than MJ, because everybody knows that 7>6.
