He's head was full back off balance and took a Smart elbow to the face.

The head is desined to snap back to relieve the pressure of any hit.

But with Walker's head fully back that impact goes straight to the brain.

If not concusses that will hurt you everytime for the rest of the game and potentially the rest of the week.

The real saving grace is his neck didn't get hurt.
