Nesmith is a damn good player though, let's not **** on him for being traded.

Yes he has become a quality player. That said he couldn’t string 2 good games in a row in Boston. It just makes what Walsh is doing more tantalizing. Now I don’t believe Walsh’s ceiling or talent is as high as Nesmith’s, but for a second round pick to pan out better than the team’s last two late lottery picks ( for the Cs ) is pretty great.

Good point. He's been very inconsistent this year without Tyrese feeding him the ball. I'm not in love with him like others might be. I still remember how undisciplined he was against SGA and cost them a game in the finals imo.

I hate the nickname "Garbage man" that one of the broadcasters created
I like "Ghost" a lot better

If he keeps this kind of production all year long I guess he can compete for most improved player this or next year
Keep up the good work!

I decided to re-read some early posts on Walsh after he got drafted. Lot's of LOL. One read, his name is Jordan, his game is Pippen! Is that really far off now??
2 things need to go.. my lack of spell check and Joe..

"Walsh Tip Dunk Shot (9 PTS)" @ NBA.com

NBC got a few angles —

This one is just fun —

Jordan Walsh is one of the most explosive athletes in the country with big time bounce, length and defensive ability. He has all the tools and the upside but will need some time to develop before having a big impact at the NBA level.

His calling card is his defense. Walsh is a lock-down defender on the perimeter who plays an aggressive style and really gets after the ball. He can guard a multitude of positions and gives great effort on the defensive end of the court. He’s like a one man trap with his excessive length and active hands.

He’s got ideal size for a wing and all the tools to be special on both ends of the court.

His offensive game is a work in progress but he shows good instincts for moving the ball, making plays for teammates and is a decent off-the-ball mover.

Has the makings of jumper but will need to put in the work to get consistent shooting the ball.

Whoever wrote that nailed it.

How it started: "He has the makings of a jumper
How it's going: Shoots 90% from the field

Sure, this is a take. They were right on the money.

I guess no one liked my Kawhi take? I was kinda joking, because you can’t just be serious on saying guys are like stars and not the other 100 flops that were similar, but I did think that Kawhi video, that popped up on my feed, was a sign. I had never watched any video on KL, but I was looking at any videos I could get on Walsh, after the draft, and BAM! It was a pre-draft video of KL, and I swear to you, it was like Walsh had watched it 1000x because of the similarities I saw and heard. I haven’t seen a video since of KL, I watch so many videos on all of our guys once we draft them, that video never appeared before or after for anyone else.
