As soon as I read this, I automatically think "trade or signing roster spots".

Could be interesting.

What? If a trade is coming, that probably means we have more players coming in then going out. Interesting...

Really disappointed Joseph is gone. This wowed me.

Kenyon Martin, anyone?

Thank God.

Was wondering why those two were taking up roster spots. We've got 3? roster spots open now. Room for a trade and a Kenyon Martin like FA signing. I like it.

Joseph was a 2nd round pick for a reason people. He'll never do anything in the league.

Is there a facepalm smiley?

Hmm. This is interesting as it would seem to indicate other roster moves could be on the horizon.

Oooo I wonder what this means. Any rumors out there?

Probably nothing more than a guarantee contact thing. Now they have many options just in case.

Hopefully they sign Micah Downs. He is the best swingman realistically available, imo.

I want no part of Kenyon Martin. I throw up in my mouth a bit each time I envision that possibility.

Deadline for guaranteed deals is coming up.. So no real surprise here.

But I would hope it means were trying to do something.

Obviously having all roster spots filled can be restrictive for some moves but one of my personal dislikes in the NBA is cutting young players with upside from those last couple of spots on a roster and keeping washed up veterans with no room for improvement who dont really contribute anything to the team winning games ( yes I am talking about you Jason Collins).

As others have suggested, my 1st thought was wondering if this was related to guaranteed contracts/$. Anyone know if this is true? If not, I hope we have some trade chatter on the horizon!

League sources: Lee & Bass most likely to move.

Truth will lead us to #18 in June 2013!
