Clips don't look good. Dudley's iffy. Blake looks terrible lol wtf? DJ looks great. Craw just missing. Collison is not the best backup pg in the league. & LMFAO Ryan Hollins would suck in the dleague. I hate him so much idly? lol.
Great venting post cause I threw big money on them with the spread -8.5. I'm so tight right now.
Doc, you always just find a way to screw me over.

To the Lakers credit though, their bench looks great. Real energy, couple stud pickups.
Wes Johnson looks terrible though. Mike Dantoni will the league chatting about how good he is again after tonight lol.

Doc's terrible rebounding schemes are being exposed, yet again.

Clippers looked awful on defense in the 4th quarter. Lakers bench players without Gasol or Nash playing a single second in that quarter scored 41 points. The 2015 Clippers pick could be better then expected.
Lakers have a pretty scrappy second unit.
I think Rivers is going to end up regretting his decision to leave Boston. Clippers should still win 50 games but they look like a team that won't have a strong enough defense to advance far in the playoffs.

Bulls lost as expected. They could be the most media overrated team on the planet. Bulls are not winning a thing this year as long as they don't have a second scoring options.
Shocked the clippers lost. I am not convinced they are a going to be good team. As for doc leaving; no way he regrets that. Celtics are in for a long losing season.

it's 1 game folks. The Clippers will win a lot of games this season. But I still see them as a 1st or 2nd round exit in the playoffs. Every year I keep waiting for the "experts" to stop overrated CP3. He's always "the best PG" and the "3rd best player. He's not. And hopefully people finally realize that he's nothing more than a solid All-Star PG.
Tony Parker is the superior player to CP3. that's for sure

Woah let's not get too ahead of ourselves. I like Tony Parker and I do think he's a great player, but he's the product of a system and a hall of fame coach.

Blake Griffin played 40 minutes? Wow. I guess the Clips are a little short on backup PFs. Perhaps we could send them Brandon Bass.
Also, giving up 116 points to a team missing their best scorer, as well as having their #2 and #3 scorers sit the whole 4th quarter........remember when Doc said that his Clippers should be the best defensive team he's ever coached? I guess someone forgot to tell Doc that the league vetoed the KG trade.

Couldn't have said it better, JB. I truly do not understand all of the hype around them. They have no firepower, a merely okay bench and they are relying solely on a guy who missed an entire season due to a torn ACL to win them a title. They aren't even the best team in their own division (Indiana is better, and I don't even think it's that close).
As far as I'm concerned, even the Knicks pose a bigger threat to Miami than Chicago.

Rose, Westbrook, Rondo, Irving, CP3, Parker, Curry, D-Will....these are all high calibur PG's but as you can see all of them are unique in playstyle etc. Saying one is better than the other isnt really realistic. Better at what? CP3 is probably the most efficient. Rondo is the best passer. Rose and Westbrook are the best inside scorers, Curry is the best 3 point shooter...I never understood the argument.

I'm sorry but TP is a product of being the best PG in the NBA and he has been for a few years. He's incredible. He's personally extended Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili's careers. He's the ultimate team guy. He sets the tone for that team. He's an extension of Pop on the floor. He's criminally underrated. If he played in LA or NY he would get a lot more love.

Celtics cannot deal with the Clippers this season per the Doc Rivers ordeal.

It's all about their impact on Winning VS losing. #'s don't matter. Style doesn't matter. And consistency.
I rate the PG's in this following order.
Parker
Westbrook
Rose
CP3
Irving (could go up or down based on how Cle does this year)
Curry
Rondo
DWill
Lillard
Wall

For the Clippers to be such a deep team, their bench was pitiful last night. With the lack of perimeter and interior defense, I am not understanding why this team is so favored by some. They really look no different than last season, save for the bench being better last year, especially defensively.

Ah, good point. Completely forgot about that.
