Maybe a FA signing perhaps.

Would be great if true. Push them ahead of Brooklyn hopefully.

i.e. Now that we couldn't get a Butler deal done, please don't hate us for trying to move you Jimmy. Total lie.

I am not convinced that Yabu is a stash guy. I think he stays.

I mean we can't do much worse with our bigs than we did last year.

So can someone summed up what we did tonight, and whom we expect to be playing in the NBA this season?

I would do it, but around pick #16 I wanted to kill Ainge.

Come pick 60 I just want to kill myself.

Time to drink, see y'all later.

Well, sounds like Boston could have had Noel, #24 & 26 for #3, so I'm guessing Ainge is pretty high on Brown. Just pick up a center in free agency, I guess.

We drafted:

#3 Jaylen Brown - next Jeff Green, Kedrick Brown or LBJ

#16 Random French undersized PF that most had predicting a second rounder

#23 Tough Croation dude when Deyonte Davis and Skal were still on the board

Second rounders = more guards and 6'8 power forwards

Off to drink more myself to ease the pain because tonight has been a disaster.

Is Ainge's front office too insular? They're notoriously tightly-knit and limited in size. I wonder if they have enough fresh voices in the mix.

Let me predict what he's going to say:

"We tried our best to maximize our assets, but the other teams were being unreasonable..."

"We really liked the players that we drafted and everyone will get a chance to make the roster..."

"Free agency is just opening up and we have as a good of a chance as every other team out there with the same amount of cap space to sign Durant, Whiteside, D12, Parsons, etc..."

thinks that "one or two needs were met tonight" "two or three of these players will be on the roster"

Translation = Sixers called our bluff so we were forced to draft the next Kedrick Brown because wowed us in his workouts and he told us he plays chess.
