Just wondering was discussing last night. Do you think you had the assets to get Boogie and Butler? Did Angie value the Bk picks to highly should the move have been to go after Boogie Cousins withe this years BK first and Butler with next years.

yes we had the assets and yes we should have gotten both of those guys to go with IT, Horford and Crowder. That's my opinion, most of the board however is happy we didn't get cousins.

Maybe. Maybe not. Was it worth it to mortgage our future to try and go all in and win now? Ainge didn't seem to think so, and he is better at his job than I am.

Doesn't seem like it if the King's are as high on Hield as people have been reporting.

The Bulls have been asking for the moon, and any deal with them seems to start with Brown and/or BKN17. To match Sac's perceived value of Hield and NOP's pick, the Celtics would need to also use Brown and/or BKN17. Pretty hard to get both if you need the same assets to get both.

I would have traded the next 20 years of 1st round picks for Burler. There is no easier path to a championship than by having uniforms that don't have lumps or loose threads. Burler solves those problems.

I'm not fully sure of this. What do you think the price for Cousins for us would have been?

Guys we have a trade rumors thread. Also, when a trade happen, as in the Cousins' case, there is a thread for that. Try reading through them. I bet you will get your answer.
