Believe it or not I wanted the Celtics to draft this guy with one of the late 2nd round picks. He is an elite 3 point shooter and a decent defender.

Andrew White is hardly flotsam. If he outplays JaLari Bird or K. Allen the Cs could cut Bird or Allen and sign White to a two-way contract. Again, makings of a 3 & D guy and it is not clear to me why he can't challenge JaLari.

I am surprised he was not scooped up by another team before this.

I thought we already signed Kadeem and Jabari to two-way contracts. Aren't those official yet?

Useless FYI: White shares an agent with Mickey and Kadeem.

Almost every team, except for those with cheap owners, carries 20 guys on their camp roster. Some trim earlier than others. But for the initial stages, most will carry a full roster. Keeps reps down on guys early on in camp.

With 17 "regular" deals, Allen on a two-way and Bird reportedly signing a two-way, the Celtics will likely add one more guy. My guess is they will add another big on a partial guarantee of $50k or less with eyes on having him as an affiliate player.
