RealGM Fantasy Basketball Leagues, 2017-18

Anyone want me to renew the RealGM Celtics 2 league? I will be very active this year. Was extremely busy all last season.

You can also check your League, and make some else (assign) Commissioner.
Just as an idea.

Taking Members for a New Dynasty League.

We're going to Jumpstart it. By picking in 2 Drafts.:
First Draft = You'll Pick your First 5 Keepers -- from a complete Draft.
Second Draft = (After your first 5 Keepers) will be a Live Draft.

Everything else will be Regular from that point on.:
* 1 Co-Commish.
* Trade Committee of 3.
* Membership will vote on major issues.

Is there anybody who wants to take my spot in League 4, standard year-to-year league, commissioned by truth18? I don't really have time to manage my team past the necessary stuff, so I'd gladly give it up to somebody who does.

We need to Vote on and Ratify the Following:


The 3 New Teams (to make them competitive and appealing.):
A) Can Pick up to 10 Keepers, from their Existing Team. Or,
B) Receive an Extra Draft Pick, for each Dumped Keepers (up to 10)
C) Said Picks, will be at the Top of each Draft Segment.

The Returning 9 Teams:
1. Have 5 Keepers for 2 more years.
2. Pick 5 more Keepers, for 3 years. Before the Draft.
3. One-Time Only.: Can Dump Any Keepers, for Draft Picks.
4. Said Picks, will be at the Bottom of each Draft Segment.


Ultimately --
All 12 Teams will Decide (After the Draft and) Before the Season Starts.
Which New Keepers, are for 2yrs, and which are for 3yrs, respectively.

Keepers/Draft picks 1-5. Become FA's after 2018-19.

Segment 2
Keepers/Draft picks 6-10. Become FA's after 2019-20.

Segment 3
Remaining 8 Picks (11-18).


Offseason, Before 2018-19.
Ratify -- 5 x 1yr Keepers. (FA's after 2018-19)
Ratify -- 5 x 2yr Keepers. (FA's after 2019-20)
Select - 5 x 3yr Keepers. (FA's after 2020-21)

(Or Dump for Draft Picks, and the end of Each Segment.)
