It's difficult to contain AD and Cousins especially with soft Horford and undersized Theis, but I have no idea what Brad was doing with Tatum... maybe it's a knee issue, though if it wasn't poor decision making by him - Smart continues to shoot more than Jayson.
That needs to end, and the other Marcus, it would be better if they had a less flawed scorer like Tyreke coming off the bench.
I am so down for a Double Marcus Deal for a scorer off the bench.

Tough loss, but thankfully both the Raptors and Cavs have lost enough during the break to give us a cushion. Onto the next.

That domination forced Brad to Matchup with Theis, in lieu of Tatum.

We also like Kyrie off ball, so that means we need Smart out there.

It’s just a bad matchup. Especially when Baynes doesn’t play well. We also really struggled with Holiday.

Pels have a superstar, an all-star and a good player. Rondo is OK. After that, they stink.

Really stunned how they just don’t go to the d-league and grab some wings and some shooting .

Davis and Cousins destroy every front court in the league! It was a given they were going to destroy ours as well. It was up to our superior guards to carry the day in this matchup. They failed. Miserably.

We had a 5 point lead with 2 minutes left then totally crapped our pants. This wasn’t about AD so much was it about us sucking late.

AD could have had 80. Doesn’t matter. We still had the lead late and made awful decisions down the stretch.

We are all just snippy as hell since we have barely seen many Celtics wins in so many nights now. So any random loss like this is magnified and feels horrible due to a lack of games.

Just be glad we competed and stuff and didn't tank it in.

I admit Anthony Davis is a ridiculous beast. Just don't know how people think a move like that would realistically happen. Also why in the world would the Pelicans let him go? He might even be loyal and pull a Brees and stay in New Orleans.

Yeah Smarts 16/5/5 on 5-14 was the problem, not Roziers 7/5/2 on 3-11 and garbage defense, or Kyrie shooting 8-24 and getting abused on D.

Marcus was pretty crappy tonight and he still wasnt even close to the biggest problem, but hes the default scapegoat. The entire team played like garbage after being up 5 with a minute or so to go, piling on one player is a lame ass look.
