Congratulations to him, although he may be estranged from the mother of his child,
certainly not the first time it has happened in life. I'm sure TMZ will have the details soon...

Not so sure that this isn't just some Media prank.
The Kid is only 19.
That said, the Baby does have an uncanny resemblance to Tatum.

It is definitely possible, in this day and age, though.
Tatum should know about birth control, and all that stuff.
His Mother doesn't strike me as someone, who would allow such an "accident".
That being said, I myself became a Grandfather at 35.

I think it is very real. I was shocked too but I hope the media don't hound him on this either since it's personal business.

Theres a newest member of Celtics Nation now with the birth of Jayson Tatum’s son Jayson Christopher Edward, Jr.
Tatum announced his son to the world with an Instagram post Friday night with the caption, “Jayson Christopher Tatum Jr! God’s greatest gift to me! Daddy loves you more than anything in the world man! Truly a blessing!”
This story apparently has some reality to it.

True Lebron was 19, too, when his first child was born. (2 months before he turned 20.)
But that was his 2nd yr, in the NBA.

I think you are right. Lebron's first son was born I think early in his second NBA season or right before it started. But I don't know the details exactly. But I always remembered Lebron James Jr. and he and his father always seemed to have a bond. And the kid grew up wanting to be in basketball and plays.
I hope people leave Tatum alone on this since he seems quiet. But I know many will likely be curious about the mother and if he is with her. Some are saying it was his high school girlfriend and he has a new girlfriend from Duke. Nobody really knows on this.

He is already turning into an NBA star and he is a father. All at 19.

Well people do know lol. I'm pretty well connected through Duke and he dates a Duke volleyball player right now. She knows that he got his girlfriend from HS pregnant but is still dating him because she wants to be an nba wife so badly. The baby was born about a month ago and his HS girlfriend moved to Boston. I'm not sure what the deal is now however
