First time since 2012 that I don't even want to watch the finals. I didn't back then, I'll probably end up watching a few games this time around.

Here's what's ticking me off in terms of media coverage:

Everyone is tripping over themselves to marvel at how great of an accomplishment it is for Lebron to reach 8 straight NBA Finals, and how it vaults him into the GOAT conversation. Do these chumps not realize that Bill Russell made it to 10 straight NBA Finals, and he didn't have to jump teams to do it? And let's not forget that Bill won 9 out of 10 Finals? So yeah, credit to Lebron - what he's been doing is impressive. However,people need to stop pretending like it's an unprecedented feat.

This Cleveland team is so awful there shouldn't be a Cavs in 4 option, not even 5,6 or 7 lol.

Warriors in 5 (they'll take a night off in game 4) but gentlemen sweep their asses.

Yeah, the media coverage is annoying. There’s this perpetual damage control element to it, all we hear is how wonderful LeBron is and how we shouldn’t hold it against him when his team loses. I’m not even a “hater” of the dude it’s just gross. Let Maverick Carter handle the agent stuff.

I hope GSW sweep Cleveland so hard.

Warriors in 5 and don't think I will be watching because I cannot stand either team and don't care who wins.

I'm gonna hate watch this until my wife says, "isn't there something else we could watch?"

Hope Cavs play a good series. I want LeBron winning and staying in Cleveland.
