And that the lack of cartilage, is in essence, the various forms of Arthritis. (Bone against bone.)

I began taking it (Glucosamine) at age 41, when my knees began "cracking".
I added Chondroitin & MSM a year or so later.

My knees stopped cracking after the first week.
And, I have yet to develop any type of Arthritis. I'm 53.

If it benefits you in the least, you'll start to feel it in about a week.
The full effect, takes about three months to build up in your system.

It's not a wonder drug. It's not medicine.
It's just a naturally occurring supplement.

Doctors may say that supplements won't or don't help. As more "research" is needed.
They will however, prescribe you plenty of pills.
Choose Wisely . . .

The next step up is Shark Cartilage. Which I'm told helps Arthritis (once you get it) among other alleged benefits.
I haven't been there, yet. So I cannot recommend it.

What Are the Benefits of Chondroitin Glucosamine MSM?

Stuff works good, but It always makes me feel bloated when I take it. As it takes 2-4 weeks to feel the benefits of it, I can rarely stand the bloating long enough to get the full effect.

Maybe I'll look into better quality. I don't know. I too am old (43).

It's made from shellfish.
Look it up. check to see if you have some type of interaction, with something else that you're taking.

I'm all about Natural Remedies, first. -- So Bloating, would be covered by Probiotics.

Being as old as me, Probiotics is probably going to be good either way.

I take omega 3 fish oil and i'm fine. Never seem to notice an issue eating shellfish. Maybe now that I don't drink any soda and drink mainly water, it would be better. I'll start again.

But not as old as me.

I started my workout regimen about a month ago. (I am rehabbing from a life altering accident, [TBI], I can no longer work). I purchased a couple of bottles of Chondroitin Glucosamine MSM from a reputable dealer. It helps with exercise induced joint pain. I am facing a long journey back to full mobility, I have been chair/bed bound for 13 months. This supplement definitely helps.

I hate to read this man. I hope the rehab is progressing well and you can get on your feet again.

Thanks. I can walk, just not very far. I have a complete gym in my house, a couple of thousand pounds of weights/dumbells, benches, racks etc. I use a thing called the Healthrider the most, It builds legs and hips, that is where I lost the most strength. I will never regain my cognitive skills, and my headaches are **** crippling. I am just glad that I am alive.

Wow, man, that sounds rough. Glad you are attacking the rehab and have a good attitude about it! Best of luck to you.

Sounds like Theis and Williams are behind Irving and Hayward in getting back to 5 on 5 play.

I dunno I don't see how he doesn't end up spending most of his time in Maine. There is only so many minutes available and he is playing behind Horford, Baynes. Theis and Morris. Better to be in Maine and play rather then sitting on the bench.

Test Williams' dedication to improving and work ethic -- send him to Maine as much as possible while also attending games/practices as much as the schedule allows. Or is there a rule against that?

I think he sees a lot of time on the big club because we are gonna be rotating guys having nights off. I expect them to periodically rest guys like Horford and Theis over the course of the season making a guy like Williams valuable depth

Let's hope it's not very serious. Old vet probably just needs rest. He looked the most winded of all the starters in the beginning of the first game. He was the only one who didn't come back in the 2nd half.
