I said he looked more like Toni Kukoc than the best prospect since LeBron. Does that count?

International big man prospects Rui Hachimura and Sekou Doumbouya both look intriguing. I would be interested in either in the 6-10 range. Naz Reid has been underwhelming. Hoping for a big man with the pick.

I have no idea how the rest of his game is, but Sagaba Konate is an amazing shot blocker. Keeps it inbounds usually and many of his blocks he just snags with two hands right out of the air. It'd be pretty hard to get a shot off inside with him and Williams playing. Check this out:

This is unironically high praise. Kukoc in today's NBA would be like a top-10 player.

Davor,

Is Luka Samanic going to make it in the NBA?

How about Marko Simonovic?

the good news is, that it's likely a draft where trading up to get to 5-7 range seems fairly easy, the bad news is that I am not sure there is a guy good enough to trade up for, maybe the Kings pick ends up been good enough, let's say 7-8th, that if a team ain't convinced about RJ, or Reddish, or what have you, you can actually move up to 3rd-4th overall using the Memphis pick if they end up as a solid teens pick

Zion is a pipe-dream, if you by luck end up 1st, pick goes to Philly, and no team is trading down from 1st overall, so that one is out the window

Drafting for need would be idiotic by the way, the bigs in this class suck, including Bol, only Jontay is a lotto caliber guy imo, maybe Sekou if you wanna count combo-bigs.

Might as well be one of those drafts where Ainge kicks the can down the road. I hope he learned the lesson of having two many picks in a weak draft in 2016.
Robert Horry is better than MJ, because everybody knows that 7>6.

I said he’d be very good, never great. He may well prove me wrong as he’s certainly been very good so far. I still like basically all the guys taken 1-7 over him but by all means now is the time to be backing him

That shot blocking ability is beyond next level...literally gives opponents open lanes to setup his blocks which is very rare. I think he have Ben Wallace potential defensively at next level. Good free throw shooter and making some threes this year so he could become the ultimate 3 and D guy. 22 years old so he should be available outside lotto...if he has the work ethic and maturity I might take a shot.

If Sacramento somehow ends up with the 10th pos. in the draft, and lucks out and wins the draw for top pick, who gets it?

Assuming you guys end up in the 10-15 range. I think Garland/Rui/King/Tre Jones/Porter can all make some sense. Rui and King as long wings that can possibly replace Morris. Garland/Jones to replace Rozier, between the two really just depends on what they want from their backup PG, two very different players. I can see Porter because his skill set fits what Stevens likes and I can see him as a long term big for you guys.

Looks like the sell off has come to a close. Don't count on any of these picks amounting to anything but rubbish

No draft pick is rubbish. They landed Williams at 27, Rozier at 16, Semi in the second round and on and on and on. Cheap cost controlled talent is essential when you have 3 max contracts like we do. I can honestly see them using all 4 picks this year if no AD deal is struck
