3 way tie for first this time around, competition sure is stiff

Dang, SWC, didn't even let me get my buzzer-beater in. Andrew, SWC, and I go to overtime.

Lakers should honestly chill on the AD front. Sure, he would be great to acquire, but why not acquire another all-star and then go all in for a Kawaii, Durant, Klay, Butler this summer???

I.e. go grab Conley and then sign Kawhi.

Conley-Ingram-Kawhi-James-Zubac or something along those lines.

I cheated and broke the tie

Pelicans can easily **** this up. Don't discount how inept they are with even basic things. This is the team that traded a first round pick for Omri Casspi and then waived him 8 days later. I could very easily see them trading AD for Ingram, Zubac and Kuzma or some other collection of below-average players.

What the **** did you guys talk about for 100 pages? Basically it can be distilled like: Pelicans might **** this up and there is nothing the Celtics can do about it until the offseason. So hopefully they don't **** it up before then. At least 20 teams can put together a better package than the Lakers. Hopefully someone does.

Not at all. Just saying, they can offer the farm and not land AD. Doesn't mean they can't build a great team. Conley probably wouldn't be on their list, but there are others.

I know the Saints have been great, the past two years, but all in all they haven't been well run in Mickey Loomis' era (I believe he took a step back when the Saints finally took off again as I recall). Certainly can't rule anything out with this management team. It'd be nice if Kyrie could deny the Lakers rumors.

Meh. I think losing Ball, Kuzma, Ingram for AD still makes them a much better team than acquiring a “B+“ player like Conley and keeping a player like Ingram.

Kyrie can talk and deny whatever he wants, but it wouldn't change anything or prevent him from changing his mind like 45 seconds later.
