The Woj of baseball says that Cora is gonna get a “far longer” suspension than the Astro’s guys cuz he was the mastermind behind it in Houston. He was then in charge of the same **** in Boston.

He’s gone. Far longer than a year really can only be one thing...
If reports are true it was coras idea in houston so....yah hes going to get hit hard.

Especially considering it looks like AJ didnt approve of the stuff in houston and the GM didnt even know about it and they got a year and fired.

Holy balls

I mean.. I’ve supported the Patriots through the last 20 years, justifying that a thing or two they were accused of doing they likely didn’t do, and the other thing or two or three they were accused of doing they maybe did but probably didn’t benefit alll that much from.

But this? Seems like just straight up cheating in a significant way that involves pretty much the whole team on a daily basis, right? I’m sure some might say “just finding an edge everyone does it” but I’m not down with that — though banging on trash cans is kind of funny..

Wow

It feels like things started to fall apart a bit ever since Kraft was caught getting hand jobs from Asian sex slaves.

I like Cora, he is a good guy by all indications..but it needed to be done. Sad situation, but now Bloom can pick his own guy.

Yeah timing sucks but it had to be done to fire him. This all just looks awful, have to try to clean things up now.

Luke Kuechly retired at 28, smart move IMO. He was a monster at BC and got even better in the NFL, a lock for the HOF i think.

Yeah they need to replay the 2017 and 2018 World Series. Dodgers-Yankees best of 14. Winner gets two trophies.

Yankees did not reach the ALCS in 2018, and we dont know yet if the Red Sox stole signals in the ALDS in 2018 against them.

Both Astros and Red Sox will keep their WS titles.

Idle thought but it's something to appreciate about basketball -- there's no analogous 'cheating' like this. Unlike football and baseball who cares if they know what you're trying to do, you're going to try to do it. No 'taping the sidelines' or 'recording practices' or 'stealing signs' scandals, just skill and athleticism vs. skill and athleticism.

Spoiler:
At least, that's what I'll tell myself until it's discovered that Ish Smith has been secretly recording Celtics practices since 2005 in which case HEADS BETTER **** ROLL

I just feel like betting against Mahomes is foolish at this point.

JMO and **** like that.

edit: Jimmy G has just been a game manager, kinda boring to watch. He doesn't have to do much but not screw up on this team.

Mahomes is so dynamic - I think the league kinda wants him to win. That's why I like the Chiefs in this. But the cool thing is I don't really care. I realize its weird but its kinda nice to watch a game a not feel particularly invested in the outcome..

Kobe's death and Brady's uncertain future sucked any SB thoughts from my mind in the last week.

I am pretty much cool with either team winning and just hope for a great game.

I favor the Chiefs but in a close one. But won't be surprised either way since SF is such a great overall team too.
