Tatum must not currently be on the table because if he was our offer would be way better. Tatum is more intriguing than Ingram even before the blood clot issue. Then Lonzo has daddy drama and health issues.

Fun fact: neither Lonzo or Ingram have played in 60 games the past 2 years.

Danny is going to get it done. As long as he offers Tatum. If he doesn't offer Tatum, then yeah he's going to the Lakers and Danny failed on his master plan. Davis is there for the taking. Danny just needs to put Tatum on the table. If he fails to get this done, then trust in Danny ainge I will not

Pelicans can do way worse than that deal but they have to think about the fact that they would literally have to beat Davis and lebron the next 3 years plus and whoever they get to help them out. On top of the warriors.

Should take less from us to get him just to remove the issue of Davis in the west. Imo but granted that's just fan talk.

I wonder if Celtics and other teams will call Rich Paul's bluff.

Lebron will be 35 at the end of this year.

So if AD leaves whichever team trades for him in July of 2020, Lebron will be approaching 36 and the 3rd year of his 4-year deal with the Lakers.

In that time, Lebron could decline or have more injuries in the 2019-20 season.

So if AD signs next summer with the Lakers, he'd be playing with Lebron when he's 36 and 37 before Lebron's contract ends. Hard to say what kind of player he'd be at those ages or what his health would be.

Are the Lakers going to give another big contract to Lebron, who'd be approaching 38 years of age for the 2021-22 season and beyond?

Lebron might still be a 20-25 PPG scorer but would he be able to play 35 MPG at age 37-38? Or even 30 MPG?

Yeah, i post little about the day to day things, but when it comes to top 10 players maybe joining our team, I can't help it. If the season falls through and we go with the young guys, maybe I'd post in a tank for lotto pick thread, iduno.

Pretty sure back in the KG to Boston days I posted a lot in some of those threads. Remember how one poster told me about KD to Boston like a month before it happened, then we traded for Ray and nobody heard that one. Some of the board said no way you then trade Jefferson for KG as he's younger and will be just as good.....

Then Jefferson's best friend came here and broke the KG trade 2 days before ESPN and other sites. Literally. Realgm Celtics board broke the KG to Boston trade.

We have some insiders here, but not a players best friend. Those were the days.
