From the sounds of it, Wanamaker is a one-year minimum signing. No need to hold on to his cap hold.
Kanter is a room exception signing, which can come much later and doesn't eat into cap space.
Theis cap hold is already accounted for. His signing as Early Bird can come after the Kemba trade.

12 roster spots -- Hayward, Smart, Brown, Tatum, R.Williams, Ojeleye, #22 pick, #14 pick, Baynes, #24 pick, Theis hold, Rozier hold -- are accounted for when we calculated for the cap space.

Pre-Kemba trade, cap space would be $6.8 if Yabu is still on the books, $9.9 if he is dumped.

If Edwards and/or Waters are given more than two years, then that will eat into cap space above.

Dunno if legal...

1. Renounce everyone except Morris, Rozier, and Theis.
2. Trade Yabusele + cash to Team X w/ cap space or TPE.
3. Sign Rozier to 3-yr contract starting at $19.04M (using cap space).
4. Sign Edwards to 4-yr contract starting at $1.33M (remaining cap space).
5. TRADE:
BOS gets Kemba, 2020 MIL 1st, 2020 CHA 2nd
CHA gets Rozier, Ojeleye
PHO gets 24th pick, Baynes

6. Sign everyone else using various exceptions (rookie, early bird, room, vet min).
7. Morris can then be used for another S&T (BYC triggered) transaction that gets us back an asset or player (salary range dependent on Morris's starting salary). Or he can be re-signed to stay on the team.

Kemba / Brown / Tatum / Hayward / Kanter
Smart / Langford / Morris* / G.Williams / R.Williams
Wanamaker / Edwards / Theis / Poirier

*can be a player we get back in a sign-and-trade (somewhere in the $11.53M to $14M range); 50% Morris's starting salary + $5M.
