We just had our best World Cup results in forever and now we are bringing in this dude, who has proven precisely nothing? Wonder if the Simmons connection had anything to do with it. **** Ben Simmons.

Celtics face Clippers on Wednesday.

I'm never drafting Kawhi for my fantasy team ever again. :nonono:

Someone tried to trade him and CJ to me for Giannis in my fantasy league and I told him "Load Management " would lose me the season! Hit the quick no trade on that one.

Has taken 1 FGA outside the paint this season. 205th in FGA/minute among 241 players who are getting at least 6 mpg in the 4th quarter. Forget about threes. Take a meaningful shot, you coward.

Kyrie Fraud Irving ruled out versus the Celtics with a “shoulder injury”. How ironic this clown never wants to face his former team.

Carmelo Anthony picked up right where he left off. At halftime, he's taken 7 FGs in 12 minutes (3-7). His team is down by 1 point, but he has a plus/minus of -11 (by far the worst in either team). Who, me?

Not to mention 4 turnovers vs. 0 assists. Amazing defense. He doesn't move from his spot near the baseline and just points to his teammates to cover the shooters. Dunno how many open threes they gave up with him on the floor.

If our GM ever becomes incompetent or desperate enough to have Whiteside, Melo, and Hezonja all on the same team, just go ahead and confiscate my Celtics fan credentials. Just gonna support Tacko and the Red Claws lol.

Expecting him to ever be 100% pre injury KD at his size and age is fantasyland. Achilles are notoriously difficult to come back from.

His days of being a top 3 player are over, will more like top 15-20, IMO.

Halfway through the third quarter, he has managed to worsen his stats even more.

(He's rusty though, so he should be given some rope to suck.)

Just a series of unfortunate coincidences.

Luka Doncic will end up being a top 5 player of all time. I'm convinced. Anyone want to take a 15 year sig bet?

That is a lofty position to extrapolate for a 21-year-old.

I can't figure out why the blazers are 5-10. Did Nurkic or whatever his name is always carry that team?

That team just needs to hit the reset button asap. Everybody gets better and they are stuck with the largesst payroll in the NBA. CJ and Dame are good enough to get you solid pieces and give you a real head start on a rebuild...instead they go and sign Melo. Wow.
A new dawn will rise in Boston. ‎#StayLoyal THANK YOU TRUTH!

I dunno. Must be in my DNA to want them to lose every game. Not want, NEED.
12 of their next 15 games are on the road. Hopefully, they pick up a couple of losses or 15 there.

This off season I was so hoping the Lakers would sign Carmelo and give him a big contract.
