Good morning/afternoon/evening Celtics fans! During the last nine games where the Cs went 8-1, Grant Williams and Semi Ojeleye had a true shooting % of 67.2% and 63.8% respectively. Better than Kemba, Gordon, Jaylen, and Jayson during that span. This has been your small sample theater production for today. Cheers!

Man, it would be really nice if we could have a fully healthy team out there.

The play of Grant, Semi, and Wanamaker over that span has been excellent. While they are not racking up huge numbers of points, they are hitting a good percentage of the shots they take, as you point out, and their defense has been strong. Can't ask for much more from your bench.

Yeah, I was thinking we might have to change sponsors from "GE" to "Mass. General Hospital."

Most NBA teams at the trade deadline:

Celtics, The Ainge Cartel, at the trade deadline:

Hawks arrive with their new people Skal Labissiere, Clint Capela and Dewayne Dedmon, who is old but new again.
Celtics, missed their last chance, again, to rework and fix some problems.
The inaction does mean the team is in a solid position for their next game.
Capela is injured, don't know if Dedmon will be ready.
Of course, the little point guard for Atlanta will get his 40 points. Celtics know to guard Curry everywhere, can't be bothered with the other players who just want to be him.
Then there is Huerter, always putting the Huert on Boston.

Sit anyone who has as much as a bruise. Hawks are garbage. Easy win, no excuses. The three games after this are against good teams and then there is the ASB so I would really prefer they just take their time with everyone and get healthy for that OKC/HOU/LAC stretch. You don't need Walker or Brown or Smart or Theis to beat this crappy Hawks team.

Hospital Celtics didn't make any deadline moves. The Hawks did and they are dangerous with eyes set right on Boston......

If everybody on that accursed list does not play, then we have ONLY JT & EK (both of whom recently missed games) from our Top 8 available.
That could mean a starting line-up of TW, RL, JT, GW & EK.
That would mean HUGE back-up minutes for SO, JG, VP & CE scraping the end of the bench.
JT is a budding Super Star & the Hawks are bad - but dammit, this is ludicrous.
