I'm starting to think that we just need to get our conditioning down.
We can't be bumped out of the Playoffs. So just use the 8 games to get ready.

We just focus on winning against teams in the Playoffs.
No matter what Seed we end up. -- Cause there's No Homecourt Advantage.

I went 49-23. But keep at least 3, and hopefully avoid Philly first round is all I really care about. I wouldn't mind having DEN & UTA (low chance) passing us in the overall standings to get the draft pick up a couple slots.

Losses to Bucks, Grizzlies, Heat and Raps.
Wins against the Blazers nets, magic, wizards.

I want 50 go get it.

I could not possibly care less about any of these games from a seeding perspective. If we win all 8 I won't necessarily be celebrating, and if we lose all 8, I won't necessarily be panicking. All I care about his how we look while doing it.

If the starters look good, but play short minutes and we lose games as a result, that's wonderful.
If the team looks mediocre, but we keep winning because other teams play their starters short minutes, that's not so great.

Just want to see our guys giving some indications that they might have a chance to peak at the right time.

I need them to go at worst 6-2 so this regular season would remain Stevens' best in terms of win percentage. Do it for Brad.

I went a little conservative, so I picked us to win 5 of those games.

Vs. Blazers scares me, I think Lillard and McCollum will set fire to our defense. Hopefully I'm wrong, as Tatum and co. bounce back like gangbusters and come out on fire.

They better win against the Nets, wash the stink of our last embarrassing loss against them.

All in all I don't think the Celtics should just treat these as mere conditioning games. They need to sharpen their killer instincts and intensity, otherwise we'll see more of the same in the playoffs. I thought holding the starters out of the last scrimmage was a terrible idea since they didn't look good in the first two, and I think that's part of the reason why Tatum struggled so much. These guys need as many games to get their rhythm back as a team.

The Heat are dangerously getting close. We need a win, and an L for them. We don’t want getting 4th, while the Sixers would most probably get 5th.
