Last offseason we lost major talent. The team got better.

Some of the reasons it got better (Kyrie's attitude gone, Hayward back in the regular season) are unlikely to repeated. Other reasons (Jays and other youngsters keep improving) are.

But we really need S&T with CHA to materialise, TPE would give us a lot of options to get better...

Or you know, just acquire Bogdan via S&T.

Jeff Teague is probably the best one. Reggie Jackson and Yogi Ferrell..can't think of anybody else. Maybe George Hill is he gets bought out.

Payton Pritchard is basically a vet PG IMO

I think he will surprise a lot of people with how good he is. He reminds me of a bigger, more talented JJ Barea, who has been in the league for a long, long time. I think he'll quickly become a fan favorite, too. Just watch this:

Bogdanovic makes zero sense for us. I'd take a vet shooter, dunno who, but a vet shooter. Bogdanovic will command decent cash and does seem to need the ball in his hands. We already have Tatum/Kemba, I expect Brown to improve in that department and we do still have Smart.

First off I’ma Domer myself so much love on that but Bro Bog is one of the most clutch in the league ! He reminds me of Herro but with handle, if he comes here he will know his role, if he wants stats he will prolly go to Pacers , he makes us way better and he’s got that killer gene u can’t buy !

We will not get him but Bogdanovic is by far the best FA left...he is a much better player than we saw in SAC. He is also a guy who has the ability to take over at end of games or make the final shot if needed, he demonstrated that in Euroleague and NT many times...

I'd take a body back just to give us salary to do other deals with. It shouldn't affect what we can give any other FA's we're chasing. Zeller's expiring 15m or find a team willing to pay Terry 18m and we take back an expiring neutral value deal.

It'd at least give us something to work with. At the deadline Zeller plus TT would be enough salary to land a significant piece(s). I can't see anyone taking on Batum, so it's gotta be Zeller or Rozier, the rest of their roster doesn't create enough space not to have to waive Nic. I assume the delay is from Ainge not wanting either and trying to work out a deal with a 3rd team for something more palatable before Charlotte decides to file it with the league.

Not sure who would be in the market for Rozier/Zeller if we did try to swing them.

The TPE is the prize here and whatever pick they can throw our way along with it. We can use both to sign an FA (why Bogdan's name is being brought up) or for midseason trades or for next offseason.
