I wish this game was today to wash the stink of last night out of my nose.
Go C's!

Anyone with an honest appraisal of Nesmith? I was hoping he'd be more involved. Certainly more than Pritchard. What's the deal?

Extremely raw but at some point the Celtics are just going to have to go with Langford and Nesmith for heavy minutes. They simply have no choice

Yes, that was my thought. It's still early. What do you think about Nesmith though talent wise? Seems he's stuck at the end of the bench for some reason. Which I think is a mistake.

Nesmith looks like he has talent but right now he is completely lost. In about a month everyone will get a real idea of what he can be in the NBA

Good. But he needs play. He can't get buried on the end of the bench.

Didn't see it anywhere here. But J Tatum is the only player in NBA history to take 20+ shots in the first 2 games and NOT attempt a FT.
that is a joke.
Of course there is no need to foul him if he misses most layups anyway.
I blame his trainer Drew Hanlen for much of that. Drew does so much "fancy" and "advanced" stuff, that Tatum is always trying these spins etc.. Just make a basic shot. Take the simple shots first, excel. Then you can step up the other stuff.
Or in other words. Pass Calculus 1st before you take advance Calculus.
Justin Kubatko: Jayson Tatum is the first player in NBA history to open a season with consecutive games of 20 or more FGA and zero FTA. Coming into this season, Tatum only had three such game in his entire career. pic.twitter.com/RcLUF7tTNo 8 hours ago – via Twitter jkubatko

To follow up that Tatum NO FT post. Little 6'0 150 LBs soaking wet Trae Young 15-17 from the FTs..

Exactly! He makes things harder for himself. He better take a look at how KD operates offensively. KD makes scoring looks easy and efficient.
I think Tatum was avoiding contact in the bubble because of fear of injury, prior to his extension, and it became a habit. I remembered last season, when he made a leap, he was attacking inside with no fear. Even attacking big guys like AD and Lebron. Now he takes low percentage, difficult shots. He is still avoiding contacts that’s why his shot is out of control in the paint. He just throws floaters inside, if a defender faces him. I think he should try to be more aggressive at attacking inside. It’s good that it’s all over social media, that he has zero free throws in two games. Maybe he’ll be more aggressive next game.

Pacers are going to be on the second of a B2B for this game, they're playing Chicago tonight

I hope you are right about the social media part/ The rest is 100% true.

Paces look really good right now. Not really counting this is a back to back because they pretty much have the night off.
It's going to be a tough game to win.
