Seems like Tristan is just being made a scapegoat. Same way Terry and Morris were made out to be. Our problems stem far deeper than Tristan Thompson enjoying a party.

If they're trying to trade Thompson I don't know why they'd leak that he parties too much and everyone hates him.

There’s no way it’s just Aaron Gordon in and Marcus Smart out. Ainge is working on this super big mega deal with layers that eventually will fall through.

He’ll end up doing nothing.

No way that’s the deal... Sounds like a three team deal for Gordon is the hope.. if Smart leaves, it’s only in a separate or much larger trade..

I don't think so. First of all his on-court fit is awful. He's a blackhole, takes quite a few shots. and has to start no matter how awful he plays. He's forced Theis into an off-role.

We all know he's into the tabloid lifestyle. Anyone who dates a Kardashian in not putting his priorities on the court

We are not trading Smart for Gordon. This idea that Smart will insist on Starting is bull. He has said before he doesn't care if he starts or comes off the bench. Who really says that? What good player says that? I believe him. I think he just wants to win. I'm not banking on loyalty from anyone, but I don't think Smart is going to get his feelings hurt and want out.

Also, he should be starting as he is the best player on the team.

Hearing Smart isn’t in the deal FWIW. Magic want 2 firsts but Nesmith is still valued as a first rounder. Ainge is offering Nesmith and a first for Gordon and talks have been on-going for weeks. Magic debating whether they want 2 firsts or the one and Nesmith from Boston. My guy says it’s looking good for Boston though and expects it to go through by Thursday

Though it does seem like it, and Tristan seems to have had an impeccable reputation in Cleveland, during games you could tell that his body language (and others' body language towards him) hasn't been "right." In fact, I mentioned it a couple times in game threads. I thought it was just me seeing things, but maybe there was something there.

100% agreed. The fact that Smart's name is even mentioned in a trade rumour for Aaron freaking Gordon is another thing to think about. (Side note: Fournier is part of the same rumoured trade. I like him much more than Gordon, but still not worth Smart.)
