If we are in the top 8 but lose the play in round do we get lotto balls and a top 14 pick? Or would we still be in the 15-16 range in the draft?

Between the injuries and the inconsistencies 4th seed probably out at this point especially with only seven games left.

Starting to look more and more like the Celtics are going to finish 6th 7th or 8th unfortunately.

We have a real chance to make some hay this week.

Today, the Knicks, the Hawks & the Pacers have a real chance to lose VS the Grizz, the Blazers & the Wizards, respectively.

Tomorrow, the Heat have a real chance to lose VS the Mavs, & the Hornets will probably beat the Pistons.

On Wed, while we “should” macerate & obliterate the Magic, the Hawks have a chance to lose VS the Suns & the Knicks have a chance to lose VS the Nuggets. The Hornets will probably beat the Kings.

This is make or break time.

If we end up in the play in, I really don't relish the thought of a one game elimination vs the Wiz. Russ and Beal could very well knock us out.

I had them at 38 win and the six seed in this thread. I still think they can get 38 wins but at this point I don't know if it'll be the 6th seed or the 7th seed.

Those losses against Detroit twice, New Orleans, twice, The hornets, Sacramento twice, Oklahoma, and Cleveland eventually caught up to them.
