List of players with 50+ pts on 25 or less shots plus 10+ rebounds since 1983 -- Butler, Melo, Lebron, Mourning, Bird, Tatum.

Hopefully this pumps him up and just decides to win the title for us this season.

These easy to find around the city?

Media criticizes them for being selfish but after the game you have Forsberg buttering him up after the game for individual accolades.......

Placeholder for better highlights later on. But I think this is your VC winner:

I think he took one long two. 10 threes, 16 FTAs, paint points. When he's decisive and is on attack mode, scoring comes easier. Also opens up opportunities for his teammates. When he dance-dribbles, wastes clock, and settles for fadeaway jumpers, we throw things at the TV.

Aggressive tatum is best tatum. He needs to take it to the rim more and settle for less fade away jumpers when the game is on the line. He took over when we needed him though. We don't beat the worst team in the league without him......That last sentence hurt more than I intended.

Pretty easily it's Tatum. Smart was solid and walker was great in overtimem

Id like to say the Celtics should have killed the worst team in the league but the Celtics are not exactly world beater's themselves. At this point this team is what it is and I'm not going to get upset.

My take is simple. If you're going to attempt 20+ shots, score at least 50 lol and win the game.

Gonna give my VC vote to SMART.

How was he statpadding? Maybe on the last shot to get to 50 but let’s not kid ourselves almost every player would take the final shot to score 50 and a new career high in a tied game. In over time he made the right plays finding both Kemba and smart for open threes. He didn’t hold the ball long and force the Timberwolves to foul him towards the end when he gave it to brown. He got his points cause he was a flamethrower today while being aggressive driving in either scoring or drawing fouls. Looked like the Celtics needed every bit of it too this game

Or, even better, we need the team to go back to playing team basketball, so we don't have to rely on nights like this from any player. Especially against a tanking team.

The 2 biggest issues we have are team defense and closing out games. Just thinking of a Tatum-Brown-Smart-RW and Fournier (over Walker) makes me think we can be so much better at closing out games. And while Fournier isn't anything special on defense, he isn't a liability like Kemba and has enough switch-able size.

Fournier can also space the floor and pass and create as well.

Don't think Stevens has the courage to do this lineup and sit Kemba in crunch time sadly. but I do see a Kemba-Smart Brown-Fournier-Tatum 5 out lineup coming.. Offensively I like it, but defensively and rebounding :o :o

Point of my comments are that I think we have the tools to be very tough in crunch.. just need to make it happen..(Stevens!!)

Our offense was fine. 32 assists on 47 made field goals is really, really good for us especially this season. It was our defense that let us down all night. 17 opponent fastbreak points is a joke for a Stevens-coached team.

Obvious choice is JT, but Marcus gets runner up as his PAW prints were all over this win! We’re slowly climbing up the standings, looking forward to these next three west coast games, really wish Fournier would be available so we wouldn’t have to see G Will or Semi out their. Time to shorten the rotation once he’s back
