Nesmith playing well will keep those critics, who wanted Saddiq, at bay.

Pun intended!

Brad says Jaylen is a gametime decision tonight and "hopefully" Kemba will be able to practice Tuesday and play Wednesday.

This is the toughest game remaining on the schedule.

After this, Celts will be facing mediocre teams with the 7 remaining games.

I wonder if Ramadan is affecting Brown too, not ideal when you're dealing with injuries and fasting.

I didn’t realize this was a legit excuse when I first saw a post about this a few weeks ago. I did not realize Jaylen is fasting. I learned something new.

What’s the over under on Evan scoring 15 or more points tonight? It’s been about a month since he had done that.

He is overdue.

Happy JB is playing. Our wings are our advantage over Portland. They don't match up very well. (well I mean the Jays are always our advantage but POR in particular has trouble guarding them, I think.)

Celtics gonna win. I have nothing else to contribute to this discussion. There are also no counter-arguments to this claim.

I didn't even know he was Muslim tbh. I'm impressed, a month of fasting in the middle of an nba season must suck.

Well thankfully Portland’s defense makes the nets looks like the 04 pistons so scoring shouldn’t be a problem.

Why would you skip it over that? Tristan has been playing well, Nurkic is a load, and Rob will still play 20-25 or so minutes.

I remember finding out he was doing it during the playoffs and he had a terrible series, wonder how big of a factor it is.

Glad it’s not during the playoffs this time!

On principle. Stevens wouldn't bench his pet Theis depending on matchups. Why Rob? Done with his favoritism.

We need the win of course but also I really don't want us to suck tonight because we have two days off after this. It always seems like we suck right before rest days just because the basketball gods want us to be grumpy for an extra day before the next game.

Hopefully Fournier gets it going in this game.
