Wow I didn’t know either **** no water all day either that’s tough good for him tho sticking to it.

I remember finding out he was doing it during the playoffs and he had a terrible series, wonder how big of a factor it is.

Glad it’s not during the playoffs this time!

I didn’t realize this was a legit excuse when I first saw a post about this a few weeks ago. I did not realize Jaylen is fasting. I learned something new.

I didn't even know he was Muslim tbh. I'm impressed, a month of fasting in the middle of an nba season must suck.

Jaylen is Muslim? I hadn't a clue, even when there was a lot of attention on Enes' and Tacko's religion.

Plus we have a 1 PM game against Miami next Sunday, you know this team in early afternoon games. Actually have back to back games against them, both at home though.

Portland isn’t much better than Miami, IMO.

Yeah, I'm still hoping the Celts would be a different team this May.

Dame, CJ, and Powell are all midgets.

Celts should have a size advantage.

Zach Collins is a myth, I’ve almost never seen him play.

Powell has a 6’11 wingspan, he plays pretty big.

Hmm. I can't find a reference to Jaylen actually being Muslim. The Ramadan fasting is clear, but it could just have been a thing to try. (Other Celtics folks got into it to.)

Is Stevens back to starting Tristan even when Rob is healthy?

There was a recent video too where the Celtics talked about food they would not eat. Jaylen mentioned pork very definitively. Still it never clicked for me that he is a practicing Muslim. Probably just something he prefers to not talk about.

Kyrie turns out to be Muslim as well, I believe.

Presumably Enes is fasting too.
