Post-Game Notes: BOS 108, BKN 130 (0-2)

I mean...this when the Nets are at their best. They're a walking Rucker Park And-1 mixtape, they're crazy.

For those surprised we're getting blown out...I don't know what to tell you. This team hasn't been nearly as good as last year and they have no Jaylen Brown.

Props to Fournier for calling KD a bitch that was funny as ****

Losing to the nets potentially seven times this season is only going to make this team better for next year.

Go nets and thanks for looking out for the Celtics!

The funny part is that there are posters here who believe this

I don’t get how someone can have watched this entire season and expect anything other than what we saw the last two games.

Yeah these beat downs are turning into a real confidence builder for this team.

My analysis:

Go Suns!

PS The evisceration cigar goes to Evan Fournier.
Does anyone have a video of him clearly calling Durant a bitch?

It's not a series until a team loses on their home court.

Well, that sucked.

I know we're already putting a lot on Tatum's plate, but he just can't put up the dud like he did tonight. He has to figure out how to get points early in the game, and Brad has to ensure Tatum gets the right looks. He got bodied by Nets defenders all night and he just couldn't deliver, which is inexcusable considering we know what he's capable of.

On to Game 3. Hopefully our guys aren't dead men walking yet and show some more fight that game.

Tatum 9 points, 3-12 in 21 minutes. Said it the other day we need a very special performance from him in order to steal one game from these guys and so far he hasn't been able to give us one. Without Brown, he is the only one able to do it and they are not letting him do anything out there.

KB with 17 on 11 shots and 7 assists. Smart with 19 on 13 shots with 6 asts. Fournier 16 on 9 shots.. All three guys actually had decent games..

Talent gap is just absurd. Not only are they 10x more skilled, but they are so much faster, longer and taller than we are.

On the brightside, for the younger guys that played today, at least they get to know that it pretty much will never be as hard as it has been this series. This is a really special group of guys that Brooklyn has and we are nowhere near ready to compete at this level. Hopefully if we face them again in the next few years we are better prepared all around.
WHAT THEY GON’ SAY NOW? ‎ THANK YOU TRUTH!

When the Nets go to Harris early, it opens everything up for the rest of the game when those other 3 are on the court. Recently I don't think they had been doing that much in games, unfortunately tonight it looks like it the lightbulb went off with the coaching staff.

Don't really have any expectations for the next games, would be nice to see some more movement on offense so we at least keep the games tight - which I think the the next 2 will be with the Garden crowd. That at least allows us to have Rob, Payton and Nesmith mint some valuable playoff time.

Prime Lebron would not win a game with this current Celtics roster if you replaced Tatum with him. Tatum obviously has to play way better but he’s in one of the worst positions you can be for a lone all star playing against one of the most stacked teams of all time.

Really sick of Blaise Brad
