I liked him in the draft and he did look promising in the summer league. My 2 questions are why would Phoenix make him available?? Are they looking for more experience? and is he strictly a shooting 5 man or can he play some 4?
But regardless, before any one answers, I have no problem trading Romeo and Grant for him

I feel bad for Simmons. He hasn't really done anything bad, he just won't shoot, that shouldn't take away all of what he is great at! If he was in the NBA during the 80s and 90s it wouldn't matter as much.

Not won't shoot, can't shoot. I haven't seen him refuse to shoot a free throw, although maybe he should have. As Bobby Knight said, "It's not the will toi win, everybody has that. It's the will to prepare to win that is important."

For the record. I can’t stand Ben Simmons. I was making fake trade ideas to mess around. If LBF read my posts he knows I can’t stand Simmons. LBF felt the need to bring up Covid posts because that has anything to do with Ben Simmons. Ridiculous.

I would trade Smart plus some other assets for Simmons but not Brown or Tatum. I would love to have a guy like simmons on the team, just not as a top 2 guy. He is fine as a third fiddle.
