Out of the younger guys, who do you think is going to stand out in camp and preseason?
I’m picking Nesmith. He seems to be a guy that will have a chip on his shoulder. With a full camp the game will slow down for him. I think Aaron will be forced to be reckoned with and he’ll make a case to be in the rotation early.

Nesmith has more of a chance. But, I also think that Pritchard will have his time, as well.
We actually have a pretty good Backup Core. Anyone of the young Men can stand out.

Pritchard is a close second for me, because his ability to both play off the ball and be a primary handler off the bench can fit in with Richardson, Smart, Schroder. But if Nesmith brings the defensive intensity I think coach will find minutes for him.

Romeo or Grant, anyone?

I'll be curious to see how many PGs Ime puts on the floor at once. I was never a fan of Brad's 2-to-3 'PG' lineups. Smart can of course be a '2' or a '3' or a '7', so I'm betting we'll see Schroder/Smart backcourts -- but until we see it, I'm keeping in mind that Ime could surprise us. If he played Smart and Schroder exclusively at the 1 then Payton's minutes would be in peril!
Anyway to answer the question: hopefully Nesmith, and Bruno, and AranchoSanchoHernangoMacho

Grant is already somewhat established as a utility/backup guy. He just needs to stay in shape and keep working on improvements.
Romeo? It's hard to say, as on offensive he doesn't seem to have a goto move, a "killer app" that is not done better by others. I'd love to see him be able to get by his man more and use that pull up. He's got the skill, let's see if coach can help him bring it.
Bruno? Heck yeah, really like him but there's not many minutes for him. Hernangomez I already think of as a vet. He may even be a complimentary starter if Tatum moves more to the 3/Wing position.
Good problems to have this year! I think a number of guys are ready to break out.

I'm more interested in seeing IME's coaching strategy, substitution management, then players usage and temperament. I feel like our 8 to 10 is set tatum, brown, smart, timelord, horford, richardson, grondo,pp,kanter, nesmith. And I feel we know what can't will can't do and if langford can not be Mr. glass ? is getting old. That's 12 and then the new add ons will be who I want to replace can't and glass. I'll say I'm rooting for Matthews though I also feel right now we wasted the two way with Hauser so I hope he actually balls out. Also rooting for Parker to remain on the team. So ya let's go

Parliament,
I totally agree. Unfortunately, Romeo has only stood out defensively. Aaron and Payton both eventually showed up well after a ridiculously short adjustment period! Payton rather quickly.

I want to see who starts and rotations. I am sure that they will be subject to considerable change.

Enes Kanter compliments are Belichick-level meaningless.
That said, Pritchard played well off the Jays as a rookie. That alone makes it hard to see Schroder's arrival burying him.

I believe it, he's quick, he's competitive, he has decent floo vision and great range. Wonder how him and Schroeder will fit.

Coaching, schemes, and rotations are what im looking forward to. Ime preaches quick decision making, ball movement, and off ball movement, none of which were part of our offense the last few years. I would like to see us take advantage of mismatches instead of constantly being the victim of them. I think we are going to see a completely different brand of basketball then we have been used to and it will be a good thing. The team actually has rather low expectations unlike the previous few years and i think it will be used to our advantage.
