we came in to this game winners of 3 in a row, 8 of our last 11. we're the 3rd best team in the NBA over the past 3 weeks coming into tonight's game.
and tonight we lost to what many consider the best team in the league. the nets have arguably the best player on the planet, KD. they have 2 of the top 10 players on the planet, KD and Harden. And Paddy Mills literally could not miss.
No shame in losing to these guys, especially without Time Lord and J-rich, and with Brown still working his way back after returning from injury. It's only November. Do you want to be playing your best basketball in november or in the playoffs?
The shame is not in losing, it is in how they played. I will watch every game, I will even go to a couple of games, I will root for them. I will also be realistic, this roster is not doing anything significant. I do expect Steven's to move some pieces though so we will see where that shakes out.

Brown and Tatum were terrible finishers for the first 2-3 seasons of their respective career and they were given every opportunity to improve on the court. All Romeo is more reps in-game and those shots will fall. He is already a superior slasher than both Jays and his D is phenomenal. I just hate that the team ignores Romeo and doesn’t pass him the ball unless they get stuck. Start Romeo next to Smart or Schroder. He’s gonna be a STUD.
