Pretty simple game really. Nobody made any shots, C's let themselves get punked for the first 3 quarters. Props to KD, Mills and Aldridge shooting lights out, and Cam Thomas.

I respect the effort in the beginning of the 4th, it was kinda telling that Tatum wasn't in the game (4-19 and -33) Tatum isn't KD but he just didn't show up tonight at all.

But mentality-wise the team needs to wake up sooner. Letting themselves get behind like that with no fight is unacceptable.

That game was sucky. Celtics are the turkeys of shame. Gobble gobble everyone.

This team just can't shoot in some games. Which is why Ime needs to play Nesmith every game until he learns how to make his shots. You draft a "shooter" and you need shooting, then play him even if he is sucking at the moment.

We live and die by Tatum. If he struggles the team will as well. When he plays like a star, the Celtics rarely lose. Tonight it wasn’t just him but in the biggest games obviously the star has to be better. But more importantly, the Celtics are the worst when they start games. It almost looks like a warm up game where players are getting a feel for the rest of the other quarters. You can’t do that crap against elite teams. It’s a joke that it took being down 30 to show fight after all the trash talking and ref favoring the Nets got.

The Nets fed the C's into the wood chipper today. Disgusting to see.

damn, I wanted this win badly, now all the teams I wanted to lose are winning/won (except was getting killed by pels).

2008 was the worst thing to happen to this fanbase. False sense of identity. Celtic basketball isn't winning basketball and hasn't been for many decades.

Tatum was atrocious. That might be the worst game of his career. Brown looks injured. Robert Williams will never **** be healthy for 2 weeks straight I'm so sick of this guy not being there in big games.

This team will continue to be a. 500 squad until Tatum and Brown show up consistently.

Well I will say this, they displayed some grit and really turned up the defensive energy during the ate 3rd early 4th comeback. Smart was fighting, Jaylen was draped on guys, deflections everywhere.

Jaylen missed a lot of threes, but i think honestly, he just needs to A) Get confidence in his hammy back and B) Get his conditioning back. 2.5 weeks with the hammy, missed 14 days with COVID. I think that will take care of itself with some time.

You just arent going to win many games going 11-47 from three, or when Tatum and Brown go 1-17 from three combined. Need better shooting offensively.

Tatum was a -33 tonight, honestly felt about right. I don't know what happened to his side step three but its just isnt falling this year.

Ultimately its one game where you shot bad, they shot great, and the refs were terrible. It happens. Finish the month strong.
