To everyone on this board: we are all fans. We have been through a lot. It's time to accept what this team is.

This is a team of born losers. Of players who shrug their shoulders, hang their heads, play with no effort. Play with zero pride.

Two seasons ago, in the bubble, we enjoyed (until the end) a team that had more talent than the past ones, but one that played hard, played defense, and **** cared.

This team doesn't **** care. **** them all.

If you are attending a game soon, don't go (one because covid) and sell your tickets. Don't give Wyc any more money than his loser ass deserves.

Boston was missing Jayson Tatum, Josh Richardson, Enes Kanter, Marcus Smart and Dennis Schroder.
Minnesota was missing Karl Anthony Towns, Anthony Edwards and DeAngelo Russell.
I hate those bullsh*t fouls they have to commit at the end to get the ball back. Pritch commited 2 at the end.
Jaylen Brown had 6 Turnovers and 8-13 FT to go with 26 points on 24 shots in 39 minutes (that sucks, by the way).
Celtics needed more scoring, and obviously missed Jayson Tatum's defense tonight.

An alternative view:

Pts. + Rebounds + (0.5 x Assists) + Steals + (0.5 x Blocks) - Missed FGs - (0.5 x Missed Free Throws) - Turnovers - (0.5 x Fouls)

+23 Al Horford (34 minutes)

+19 Grant Williams (27 minutes)
+16 Payton Pritchard (44 minutes)
+15.5 Rob Williams III (22 minutes)

+12.5 Jaylen Brown (39 minutes) 8-24 FG, 8-13 FT, 10 Rebounds, 4 Assists, 6 Turnovers, 3 Fouls, 1 Block is NOT EFFICIENT
+10 Romeo Langford (36 minutes) needed more scoring from a wing with this much court time despite Brown's ball hogging

+3 Jabari Parker (9 minutes)
+2 Juancho Hernangomez (16 minutes) this is puke for 16 minutes of court time
+1 Sam Hauser (10 minutes)

No point in melting down over mediocrity. Their bar is low. My expectations are low..but losing against a G league team is another level of suck.

Its not the coach, it doesnt matter if its its Ime, Brad, even Pop………Just not a good team and it starts with the two Jays. Team takes the shape of its best players. There’s no reason Brown should have been so inefficent and lazy vs a G league roster. We can make all the excuses, its not going to change until you change the make up at the top.

One of the best receipts I have on this board is you during that Spurs game last year. You told everyone the Celtics would get back into the game, and then it happened lol.

Eh. I though they played pretty hard.. They just didn't play well and they are extremely poorly coached.

Dude played Brown and Pritchard too many minutes and they had nothing left at the end. His line up to start the 4th was offensive to the game of basketball. Joe Johnson is a player who could have helped settle things down and got Pritchard some rest, but he refuses to play him. They beat us over and over with Monroe finding cutters and we didn't adjust.. They ran a zone and we still can't beat it consistently. Ball movement was there, superior talent was there, they made enough shots today.. So who is to blame? To me it's coaching.

I'm pretty sure this team would go 0-82 if they saw the zone for 48 minutes a game all year. It's **** shocking.

Really bad loss. I'm gonna keep rooting for them but gotta think this is becoming unacceptable for the FO and ownership and something major has to happen.

I remember the pain losing in the past and how much that sucked watching Celtics lose games. But this year I don’t even care anymore nor does it surprise me. I know deep down it’s sucks ass because I so badly want to root for these guys, want to root for this new coach, want to see our young guys improve, and most importantly want to see Tatum and Brown to succeed together and grow. Now it feels like Brown will get traded eventually in the near future imo and like damn we all hoped for so much more. In the TD Garden has been dead all season, the fans aren’t into this terrible basketball team.
