Nets essentially got the deals likely on the table before the season, maybe slightly more. They still have a few very movable contracts and could rebuild quick. Mikal is an overrated defender but still a fantastic role player. He and Claxton are nice building blocks for the future. They have the makings of a team the fans can be proud to root for. Simmons has to figure things out though or it’s all for naught

Brad knows what's at stake.

He'll make a move.

It´s a good day for the Nets, they got a major cleanse. I guess they will try hard to unload Simmons and rebuild with some decent players in their roster and the picks they got. They could have got better deals, but I guess enough is enough. As you can see, the Suns pack is worse that what some were willing to do for KD (Jaylen plus nice players and all those picks) so we were going to overpay for KD, unfortunately.

Now the fight is with Milwaukee. And there´s still the buyout market. Frankly I´d rather pay 18 million to Grant than to Poetl.

Could we make a swing for Crowder now? Would give us some needed depth on the wing.
One day Leon Powe and I were cracking up on Eddie House’s tattoo.…[Garnett] was like, ‘C’mon, Scal, it’s time to rock! What the ‘F’ are you doing?’ And I was like, ‘You know what? You’re right. It is time to rock.’ – Brian Scalabrine

I don't know if Crowder will be happy playing limited minutes in Boston.

I doubt Brad wants to bring that ego to Boston.

A big man is the priority.

Celts are fine with White or Brogs playing some backup wing.

And Hauser looks good the last couple of games.
