I missed the first half of the last 2 games with my son's baseball game Friday and Comic-Con with my fiance yesterday. Mixed results in those games. I will be in my good luck spot, ready to go and make my fiance pick up my daughter from dance around half-time so I don't miss anything lol.
C's in 6 looking more and more likely. I won't rule out a game 7 possibility but Ill stick with my original prediction. This is like game 2 for me. I'm penciling in the win and a loss would stun me. The celtics haven't stunned me yet this postseason.
I need Jayson Tatum to be Jayson Tatum. Yes he had a strong second half but I want Tatum the scorer from the regular season. He’s only cracked 30 3 times out of 10 playoff games so far. He averaged 30 ppg. I don’t want a balance offense unless they double Tatum all game. Tatum needs to be aggressive looking for his offense and not settling or having a large chunk of the game not scoring or having the ball in his hands. He’s overdue for a big 30 and over game
I was more confident in us winning both Game 3 and 4 on the Road than this one game. Maybe the fact it’s 2-2 means our players will start the game with urgency from the beginning instead of waiting for the 4th…. I won’t hold my breath though.
So having a terrible three-point shooter take the last shot in regulation and not even being able to get a last shot up in overtime is great execution?
Plagued by melancholia, knowing Mazzulla is a major accomplice along with Tatum and Smart leading the Celtics to Playoff destruction, in what should be the Celtics easiest path to the Title in many a year...
Watching his interviews makes me think Joe is taking note of his enemies and you will be dealt with in the offseason. Don't say I didn't warn you when he wants to watch a movie with you in a seedy apartment in Milwaukee.

I will be extremely frustrated and frankly, hurt if we waste this year for Al Horford. That man played his old ass off against Embiid in Philly.
I'm still of the mind that the Celts played a mostly good game last night. I don't think it was the usual problem of not giving enough effort or overlooking the opponent etc. We just missed a ton of shots in the 1st half and were playing from behind, kept fighting, and then got slightly out-dueled at the end. The Sixers played a good game. I don't like when that happens lol but give them credit. And after all that we were a split second away from winning.
I'm not trying to annoy you guys with manufactured positivity though haha. My feelings are kinda weird because I didn't come away super mad, but I'm definitely finding myself depressed about the whole thing. It's crazy how watching a basketball game can take so much out of you and ruin your whole mood. And it occurred to me that if we're fortunate enough to win title this year the rollercoaster ride isn't even half over yet lol. I'm already exhausted!
Anyway, I'm looking forward to bouncing back and winning the series. Go C's!

I generally agree, but the mistakes and the timing of them is very frustrating. I don't visit any other boards anymore, but smart enough to know I don't know what I don't know as far as other teams relive all of their mistakes when they lose too. I'm still confident we win the series, confident about our chances in the ECF, and confident about our chances in the Finals.

Same, that was weird for me too. I came away more disappointed and concerned *not about this series* than super pissed. I was super pissed after game 1 though lol.
I think it's because they outplayed us for most of the game and it wasn't because we just didn't try. Those kinds of losses disappoint me but are alot easier to live with...........Of course it's the celtics though so they had to battle back and then lose in a way that would annoy me lol.
