Personally I don't think we trade JB, but there's only one thing I'm sure of with Brad, which is he's not trading Tatum. Everything else is on the table for the right offer to him IMO.

I've seen people propose that we should add a PG. But I think Derek White is a perfect fit to play a Derek Fisher esque role for us, and is also one of the most durable guys in our rotation.

Really, I think Tatum/KP/White fit together rather nicely, and I think Brogdon fits really well with that crew as a guy who can contribute efficiently in multiple respects without requiring usage...Hauser, too, although he is not the same caliber of player.

I'm not sure where Jaylen ideally fits into the equation, unless he wants to be sixth man or can step up his rebounding and put in dirty work as PF, but that's a good problem to have.

To me, our biggest need now, is a more reliable, better rebounding version of Al/Grant.

KP, on the defensive end, is sort of like Rob IMO, he is a solid help defender but not a great defensive anchor and isn't likely to cause fits for the Embiid's of the league. Maybe he has that kind of upside, but defense has generally been a weakness of his and he isn't a strong, physical post presence.

So I feel like Rob backs up KP, but we ideally need a second big man to do dirty work and man up big bodies.

Capela is a guy I think would fit perfectly, not sure exactly what that would entail, though.

edit - guess Dray deserves a shout out too, not the rebounder I'd be looking for a but a good fit and a free agent...not sure how easily we could or couldn't sign him or otherwise acquire him.

I can't tell if you're serious or not. We did a trade where we got the best player and all the 1sts involved. I can't remember that ever happening in a trade. I will always love Smart and appreciate him but he is an awesome role player who was miscast as a leading guard.

I'm personally glad Brad doesn't run the team based on emotions.
