I actually like the roster the Pacers are building. solid Wings similar to us. I do believe we can not take them lightly. With that said, until proven otherwise, we are just too good If we Bring it!

Pacers haven’t been an amazing shooting team so far this year, and ultimately like the matchups here in our favor. If Tatum can get neismith on him, it will be bully ball all day.

Very much would like to see our specialists do something special as well

I see Nesmith followed up his exciting 26 pt game with his typical 1-4 5 pt game. Odds are pretty good he has another 2 or 3 of those before he goes off again.

Pacers are just another footnote in the Celtics undefeated season.

Coaching staff should make them watch the home game last season right around Christmas where the Pacers punked the Cs and made fools out of them all. I think the deficit got up to 30 in the 1st half before making a fake comeback in the 2nd half. Totally unserious showing by a team trying to take it to the next level. They've done nothing yet to "have a switch" and that's what it seemed like last season. Bit us in the ass in the playoffs.

This is expected. If he's anything like Jayson Tatum, he has about three seasons as a 19-year-old.

FUN STAT: The Pacers are 1st in bench scoring with 50.0 points per game. The Celtics are last in bench scoring with 15.3 ppg.

Nesmith vs. Brissett is the real story.

there's gonna be lots of fist bumps, high fives, hugs and fraternizing before and after the game.

Nesmith and Theis are on the Pacers. They're obviously still friends with a lot of guys on the Celtics, including Brissett who was on the Pacers for the past few seasons.

JB and Nesmith are buddies. JB has said that he sees Nesmith as his little brother and Nesmith sees JB as his big brother.

Nesmith is gonna want to show out vs his former team, and Brissett is gonna want to get some playing time and if he does, he's gonna be super motivated going against his former teammates.

Plus, Brissett and Banton are from Canada, and the pacers have a couple of Canadien guys (who were teammates together on Canada's U19 team a couple yrs ago..Mathurin and Nembhard).

It'll be fun. But most importantly, let's get a win.

These guys are better than the Wizards, but not on our level. Hopefully another short night for the starters

Within three feet of the rim, KP and Jaylen are shooting 72.7%, Tatum at 86% lol. That’s with having faced two elite defenses so far, and the Heat.

Honestly, I’d like to see them go to KP in the post even more often. White and Jrue are excellent cutters and KP has already had success finding Brown and Tatum on skip passes for wide open 3’s. Getting KP switched on to smaller defenders and posting him up should be a staple for this offense

I like what the Pacers are doing as well. They are a very smart team. They just need 1-2 seasons of experience and development.

Great observation. John Karalis (LoC) has been a proponent of Tatum posting low. Another thing I noticed, is that Tatum has struggled some from beyond the arc and that used to spell doom for the Cs. That hasn't been the case this season as other players have picked up the slack. Moreover, Tatum is elite from the FT Line, making any team pay for fouling him in the low post.
