What a terrible game, like pulling teeth. Except for a few minutes during the first, the team looked bored, and bored us fans. Tatum had a horrible all-around game.
White for VC, Horford for CP.
Also, I think I've already seen enough of Brown for the month of December.

Al Horford deserves the Victory Cigar, but Derrick White also played like an All-Star. Celts were without Porzingis on a night Philly was missing Embiid, Maxey and Batum. Should not have been close but the Celtics played lazy as*ed defense for too many possessions. Don't know why Joe ever took Pritch out during Q4.. Kornet is not a physical player, with slow foot speed laterally or straight line and bad hands. Tatum's 7 turnovers and 2 technicals in 3 quarters prove he's not learned from losing to Miami a few years back. Tatum still dribbles too high, makes lazy passes (too many Celtics are guilty of this), and attempts moves he shouldn't relative to the defensive player(s) positioning.
An alternative perspective:
Pts. + Rebounds + (0.5 x Assists) + Steals + (0.5 x Blocks) - Missed FGs - (0.5 x Missed Free Throws) - Turnovers - (0.5 x Fouls)
+24.5 Al Horford 33 minutes
+23 Derrick White 32 minutes
+20 Jayson Tatum 27 minutes
+12.5 Jrue Holiday 35 minutes
+12 Jaylen Brown 35 minutes
+12 Sam Hauser 35 minutes
+11 Payton Pritchard 23 minutes
+7.5 Dalano Banton 10 minutes
+7 Neemias Queta 10 minutes
+0.5 Luke Kornet 8 minutes

Have to give us 3 options for this one.
Derrick, Al & Payton are all deserving options.

A win is a win. The sooner the world forgets about this game the better for mankind.
Horford for VC, White for CP

Al, easily.
Then White. Then Pritchard, then Holiday.
Tatum’s turnovers thing is weird, he got them completely under control last year. Was a huge blemish tonight, shows how you can make 21/7/4 on 9 shots obsolete.
Jaylen’s efficiency is atrocious lol, but at least he didn’t force much in the 4th, which is a credit to him.

Gave up 120 points to a team led by a 35 year old Pat Bev (who wasn't a good scorer in his prime). Yikes

To all the ungrateful fans on this forum, we’re not going to win every game looking like we did against Chicago.
These are the type of games we’d lose last year so learn to enjoy these wins !

Al smokes it.
Tatum and Brown were CHUMPS tonight! SICK of their low effort bum ass performances vs teams they think they can just no show. No coincidence that as soon as Tatum is ejected the game actually becomes fun. Low energy, mid IQ, plays when he wants.
Meanwhile our supposed #2 was utterly useless down the line.
Shoutout to the dudes that played hard and did the dirty work down the line, Al, Jrue, Pritch, White.

Tatum's mentality and leadership are pathetic. Thank God the refs tossed him.

The way this game was going, Celts would've lost this game if this was last season.
Especially when JT got ejected.
Just horrible performance from the Cs in this game.
Had to rely on the heroics of Al to get the win.

Not sure any basketball fan on Earth outside of the Beverley family enjoys watching a Pat Bev masterclass

I love how Al has a little extra for Philly. He deserves VC. I did vote for White for being a stabilizer from start to finish.
