Lol sorry you guys I couldn't really prepare a thread tonight and I have no idea what that title means :-D

The 1st quarter was very bad and the 4th quarter was very good and we won the big game woohoo!

Jays and White and KP and Jrue and the bench and everyone! Good team win!

Cavs again Thursday, Go C's!

This is an interesting VC game, mainly because you had a closely contested or trailing far behind game where one guy would have a burst of impact to course correct

- You had Jaylen in the first just barely keeping us in
- Payton being a major spark when stuff was going to crap and showing us you can make a three
- D White ripping off three 3’s in quick succession to get the Garden ripping
- zinger in the 3rd
- Tatum doing Tatum things at the end
- Holiday being a rock throughout

I’m stuck on a vote

17-point turnaround since my pep talk. You're all very welcome.

Also 17 is the FT difference, so I guess that's where this game was won. I vote Tatum for the VC for his 100% efficiency from the line. White hit a lot of critical threes so he gets my other vote.

KP- 21/10/3 on 16 shots, 1 steal and 2 blocks.
Tatum- 25/10/5 on 19 shots, 2 blocks.
Jaylen- 25/2/4 on 17 shots, a steal and a block.
White- 17/4/4 on 9 shots, a steal and 2 blocks.

Could be multiple guys tonight.

Lots of good options tonight. Thought JB and White were the standouts but JT was great as well.

A nice win. Jaylen scored efficiently and didn't force things. Jrue was amazing on defense all night. White steady as always and came up huge.

Shoutout to the bench crew who got us back in the game when they played with Tatum in the 1st half and kept it close when they played with Brown in the 2nd half. +10, +13, +14 for Pritchard, Horford, and Hauser respectively.

Pritchard also made things happen with his hustle, and Kornet didn't suck as much as people always say he does.

A win is a win but I really don't see much progress being made in weeks by the team. Just talent gaps. Jaylen and White smoke it though.

Good team win.

That's the mark of a good team when you have lots of different guys (don't forget Hauser draining 3's) all chipping in, rather than the team being carried by 1 or 2 guys (because if we rely too much on 1 or 2 guys, we're totally screwed if 1 of them has an off game)..

They still should be able to do better than Kornet.

Started 1/10 from 3 in the 1Q. Shot 50% (17/34) rest of the game. Good ****. Free throws the main difference though. Went 26/26 as a homage to Grant "imma make both" Williams.

So many guys played well I'm voting for the team.

The free throw discrepancy was pretty absurd as well considering that Boston and Cleveland took almost exactly the same amount of threes.

Doubt the spread will be 12 next game, thinking Boston -5.5

Don't try and downplay the Cavs talent. Go player for player and Tatum is the only one far and above. Mobley would be what I'd be basing it off if he were playing. Without him, they are still VERY deep. We aren't talent levels above them IMO. For some reason, it's iffy with them and DM this season, even though his numbers are great.
