TCOB quickly without being massively outrebounded (Pistons) & w/o excessive TOV & blown leads (Raptors).
Tough game in OKC 2 days later.

We should win #18, dammit.
This is OUR year!
Concerned about #7’s TOV flaws & not enough “dog”/lazy 3s in our truly awesome MVP.
Too dependent on 3s - when we don’t have to be.
Joe is still an idiot.

Beware Bucks, Sixers, Nuggets & maybe Wolves.
SamIam 2010: Truth's ability to play so incredibly efficiently is so UNDERAPPRECIATED. Bballcool 2012: Amazing how great Pierce has been for so long. Continues to defy age! KG 2013: P is original Celtic. Wherever he goes, we go. This is The Truth's house.

In the big picture the 7 TOs weren’t that bad. 2 were charges and 1 was an alley oop attempt to Queta that should have been a dunk but execution was off. A couple of other TOs were him trying too hard to be a playmaker when DW was on the bench - not great decisions but part of the process we need to see for him to get better. Yeah, there were a couple of the sloppy handle/iso offense kind we all love to hate on too. Kevin Durant has had 10 games with 5 or more TOs this season - last night was Brown’s first of the season.

Overall, your nemesis set the tone with physical play and pushing the pace. He was +12 in 41 minutes which means Toronto was +10 in the 7 minutes he didn’t play. That is Tatum-esque.

That said, get ready for an ugly January. The good times probably end after Sunday for a little while.
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

KP vs. Wemby should be an interesting matchup

Hopefully we aren’t hamstrung again roster wise with phantom resting

If the C's lose this one, I'm not watching another game for the rest of the year

I think so. I saw the Spurs are resting him in back to backs (not exactly sure why), but it's not a b2b for them.

Yeah. I saw that too.
Must be because of the ankle injury, from stepping on that kid's foot, on the sideline?

He is not my ‘nemesis’, Sam. I truly root for him just as hard as any Celtic & acknowledge his strengths. I just want to hear some clear cut & explicitly sincere public apologies to the right people - regarding the other matter.

I am just as concerned about the too often lack of Pierce/KG-like ‘dog’ in JT & his often lazy 3s, residual problems w closing, & Joe’s too frequent, incompetent coaching decisions.
THIS ABSOLUTELY SHOULD #18 in 6/2024.

This is an easy win for the Celtics, even if Wemby goes for 40 another 30 another 30 and 25 of something. I want the Celtics big men to rag doll Wendy and make him go cry back home in France
to Mommy dearest...

Celtics vs.:

Top 10 in point differential: 9-3; top 5 in both offense and defense
Middle 10 in point differential: 8-2; top 5 in both offense and defense
Bottom 10 in point differential: 8-1; top 5 in offense but only 11th in defense

I'm looking forward to Coach Poop calling a time out to celebrate the birthday of Douce, "is one of the most amazing human beings in my life with one of the greatest fathers to ever step forward on this planet and contribute to all of us in a most distinguishing way, improving the lives of so many..."

Oh poop is such a pantload, I despise the guy two Wednesdays to every Monday...

I don't see the NBA awarding Boston , Atlanta Sacramento Denver Indiana Washington, Detroit, The Suns when bad coaching had caught up to the Spurs Poops' bad coaching.

No one awarded any of these teams
a transdimensional big man. But the Spurs are special apparently...

Tatum is a cyborg. He's gonna play again. Regular bigs are back in action. Rest Jru. We have enough.

I'm sick of the overrated Wemby already. He's not as good as the better NBA prototype in Holmgren.
Love Chet from his college days and another reason to draft Zach Eddy.
You can laugh me at me, but we have a Unicorn Arms Race occurring in the NBA and I think Zach will surprise.
